I really appreciate your effort but unfortunately the interesting parts are always out of focus, too dark or not captured by the camera at all. Would have been a great video though, if it had been about that brown envelope.
He shows you....take a cloth and wrap it around, a channel lock pliers, gently squeeze, slip in small flat blade screwdriver and work it all the way around the case
According to my experience, not necesseary to open at all. When you feel it becomes weak, just remove brush and push the metal tip strong against something hard and solid. Works like a charm for me for years.
Got mine sorted thanks to this video. The nut retention section had sheared away leaving the head floating free.
