To Start this task you will need to have Beaten the Elite Four and have Caught at least 60 Pokemon....
In this Pokemon Fire Red Sevii Islands Walkthrough I will show you how to get the Rainbow Pass, so that you can complete Celio's task of Finding the Ruby and the Sapphire for him. The Rainbow Pass will Grant you access to Islands Four, Five, Six, and Seven.
I Will Also Show you where To get the Ruby in Pokemon Fire Red. But it does not stop there Because I will Also Show you where to get the Sapphire in Pokemon Fire Red. Hope this Video Helps!

You must beat the elite 4 and register 60 different pokémons in your Pokédex, then go talk to professor Oak and there you go

In the sapphire and ruby game box there was a manual with a braille translation page

Go to cerulean city and you have cave up left, there you can catch Mewtwo

So just played through FireRed again on an Emulator and holy crap is Mr. Mime OP... I never traded for him back in the day because i didn't like his design, but he's great late game addition to the team because you face so many poison types due to team rocket and cycling road, not to mention Koga's gym that he just wrecks everyone in his path. I taught mine magical leaf and eventually Solarbeam so he wrecked Giovanni's gym and the Elite 4 as well.. Mr. Mime for the win!!!
Not to mention that he gets boosted EXP due to getting him in a trade.

You could just take that level 12 Abra you caught north of cerulean city and level him up to 16 where he evolves, learns confusion, and can absolutely carry the game at that point
Mr. Mime is fun and all and I love all the psychic types but honestly Kadabra is better. You can get Kadabra much earlier than Mr. Mime too
A good psychic type can carry you through both Koga and Erika's gyms, most team rocket encounters, pokemon tower, cycling road, and sweep 2 of the Elite 4
What if i dont have the 60 pokemon and i already have went to the one island? Am i stuck?
Yes talk to oak after 60 pokemon he will give the national Dex and follow to the start
i have caught 60 pokemon and defeated elite four but dr oak just said
"Hoho! This is turning into quite respectable POKÉDEX" and did nothing, could it be that my gba is broken?

Leaf green exclusive?
Finding a wild Lapras in Icefall Cave takes a really long time and catching it is a pain as it knows Perish Song I finally found one on LeafGreen which was Female as the one I got from Silph Co was Male so I could breed Lapras.
I also wanted a Female Lapras as Lorelei has a Female Lapras caught in Icefall Cave.
You could breed using a ditto and lapras

What do I do?! I have All 3 birds, I have 73 Pokemon, I did the 3 islands after Blaine. All Oak says is fish for more Pokemon. WTF DO I DO????
you also have to beat the elite four one time
Once you find the girl lost in the forest the dad gives you a gem. You take the gem to island 1 and after you can sail back to Vermilion. Then travel to vidrian city to get the last badge
@@jerome0929bro what😂 that’s not what you do to get the last badge and take the elite 4 on these are side quests that were meant to be done after you do the gyms and take the elite 4 on. You just gotta do the story normally take on team rockets boss 3 times then he opens his gym for you to battle him? Then you can take the elite 4 on, beat the game and the islands are side quests after you beat it to just have more enjoyment and catch more Pokémon (legendaries too)

@@111whitepony111 of your stuck on the islands you simply go to the boat and you can sail back to vermilion city unless it's your first time on the islands then you need to get that dudes daughter back from the hypno

What to do after this
After the sevii islands you can Rematch the Elite Four... the Pokemon in the Elite four are going to be at a higher level
