Just found out about this place today, and I've lived in upstate NY my whole life.. Very interested in stuff like this, what I dont understand is why didn't his family keep up on this place? Always check what you read on the internet as well too! I read in an article that this was his house, and he didnt finish building it at all only half off it.. So check up on sources, this video explained a lot
@@wandererpyepoudre744 Very cool and you must have seen some amazing places over there. This place is closer to the eastern shoreline which is a shorter paddle but it seems quite remote with nowhere to park. Any advice on where to launch from.? 🤟🏼
@@Jimmy_Cavallo you really threw me i immediately thought of crisfield maryland- baltimore is my home but live in Nebraska been wandering 55 years on thE east coast there is a place to moor IF YOU get a boat or tour
Okay, enough about the blown up castle. Why does no one talk about the manor on the island? It's visable in photos, yet finding any info is next to impossible.
Who wants attention brought to their warehouse of arsenal?! This is an inherited structure from a reset(judgment day). This was not built in a time of horse and buggy.
