Our Ziyarat starts with the remarkable story of the date garden made by Prophet Muhammad SAW for Hazrat Salman Farsi R.A to free him from slavery. This garden miraculously bore fruit overnight, despite removing the seeds, showcasing Allah SWT's power and blessing.
Our first stop was Masjid-e-Quba, the first mosque of Islam, where we offered Nawafil, immersing ourselves in the tranquility and peace of this sacred place. The journey continued to Masjid-e-Jummah and then to Masjid-e-Qiblatain, where the Qibla was divinely changed from Aqsa to Kaaba. We also explored the site of the Battle of the Trench (Gazwa-e-Khanduk) and reflected on the courage and unity displayed during the Battle of Uhud.
The day concluded with Asr prayers at Masjid-e-Nabvi, followed by a visit to the library on the mosque's rooftop, offering insights into Islamic scholarship and heritage. The spiritual expedition concluded the next morning after Fajr prayers with a visit to Jannatul-Baqih, paying respects at the resting place of many companions and family members of Prophet Muhammad SAW.
