Great ideas; I’m going to start this. I’m stuck indoors so I am going to do 30minutes walking on the spot whilst watching a UA-cam walking tour video. That way I can get fit and see the world at the same time! I reckon the extra ten minutes will make up for not being outside - or should I do more? Any thoughts appreciated.
As long as you're achieving at least 20 minutes a day, you're doing great! Get exercise where you can and when you can.❤️
