There's a place you insert the bottle to lubricate about once a year. My belt came perfectly aligned. Superun is a great company to deal with too. No regrets here. Highly recommended. If I had it to buy again, I would prefer "beepless". I don't get why this is considered a safety feature. I've seen videos of beepers being disabled, but they're different models and you void any warranty. The serial number is on a tab that will split when you open it to disable anything.
I love mine. I prefer a full sized one over this but the reality is this is both convenient and portable though it does have a little weight to it. Over all I’m happy with mine

How fast were you walking? I need to start exercising but have a bad knee and can’t walk fast. I could do 2.7 or even 3.0 to get my steps in…do you recommend this pad for slow walking? I need to get moving. Loved your video!
Take your remote, press & hold the on/off button near the nfc or power button (I can’t remember which one), turn the power on, on the treadmill. It will count down 3-1 and then it should work.

100% it’s even better for slow walking! It’s a shorter pad so as you go faster it’s easier to get close to the back

I had the same problem. Change the battery and you'll be happy. It took me a while to figure out it was a simple fix.
