Personally I love D1 more then D2 I just wish there was a Oceania server due to poor connection with anyone not in Australia.
The lighting has always been a big part of d1 appeal. All the shadows and bright lights seem to hit perfectly. Compared to d2 where all lightning is done with these ugly fuzzy meshes. Makes everything look drab and muted all the time.

Started playing D1 when i was 15. Feels like a lifetime ago. I still remember I was grinding for the exotic swords in the heroic version of The Sunless Cell strike, trying to defeat the yellow bar nights within 30 seconds of killing the boss. Right after school, every day, I tried to get the boltcaster style one. Once I finally got it, the feeling was euphoric! To go back to a time before covid, before work, before politics, before responsibilities... I would give up a lot just for an hour on that day.
Destiny 1 released when I was 6 years old and my dad always allowed me to have my own character on his account until I got my own Xbox account for Christmas in 2016. I’ve had the same Guardian since.

@@ahlexanderit does. The last D1 expansion was great. We left d1 on a very high note just for D2 vanilla to be….what it was. They would have absolutely ruined D1 with the decision making they had for D2
I’m one of the kids who were super young when D1 came out. Dad would play it so much, and he still consistently plays D2 ever since it came out. He played Destiny religiously since I was a child. Then I became old enough to play, then my brother was, and my other brother after him. Dad and I have mained Titan the entire time while my brothers have switched around. Destiny is a huge part of our childhood I love it so much.
I was a squeaker at that time especially when I got the Taken King dlc I did Kings Fall I had a Destiny UA-camr call me a squeaker I believe it was Mtashed I never enjoyed his content anyway good times I'm 23 now I miss old gaming so much.
I'd really like a Destiny 1 remastered, not because I miss the D1 content, but instead because I miss the feeling of Destiny 1 (and I don't think that's just nostalgia talking) Destiny 1 and Destiny 2 are very different games at this point. D2 is basically a full-on MMO with a major focus on abilities, builds and super chaotic gameplay, where as D1 is more of a shooter with some light RPG elements, and it's just way less complex overall. Don't get me wrong, I obviously love the power fantasy and buildcrafting in D2, but i also miss the simplicity and vibe (both in gameplay and art direction) of D1. Destiny 2 can almost be a bit TOO much at times imo. Sometimes I'd rather play an RPG-lite shooter over an MMO, so a D1 remaster sounds great to me. But just a PC port would be fine too.
The people who say it’s nostalgia are the ones who haven’t got back to d1. legendarys felt legendary and exotics felt EXOTIC and weapon crafting ruined destiny and if d2 had pc port with cross play lots of people would play destiny 1
Modernizing an old game won't do well especially if they put woke garbage in it like they did with D2 I think I'd rather play a game from a great year where that filth never existed.
I feel that strikes in D1 are much more enjoyable and rewarding than in D2 which is partially why I enjoy playing it so much. I’m not sure why, but it’s easier for me to just play strikes for hours on end and always looking forward to the rewards in Destiny 1, something I find particularly lacking in 2
The worlds of Destiny 1 are so much immersive than anything that Destiny 2 ever produced. The worlds felt more alive, not necessarily due to world activities but more so because of the details and artistic designs. It has more of "realistic" sci-fi look instead of the cartoonish outlandish extremely colorful approach Destiny 2 has. Also while the story wasn't great it all, it still felt serious while in Destiny 2 I just can't take it that serious anymore. The Destiny 1 worlds in Destiny 2 just feel lifeless in comparison. Just look at comparisons and you immediately see how the worlds are objectively better detailed in D1 (including sound effects in the world). The grind in Destiny 1 also felt more rewarding, not because it had better reward paths but because of how exciting it was to get an Exotic due them being actual Exotic, both in power and availability.
If Bungie had any sense, they'd put D1 on PC and open up crossplay. It would extend D1's lifespan for years, generate some easy cash, and garner Bungie some sorely-needed goodwill among gamers.
Crazy part is, most people that played D1 probably still have loot to chase. The exotics are so rare. That creates incentive. I jumped in the other day and found some guys going for exotic swords and they helped me finally get my dark-drinker. Was at Xur at 10am to get Zhalo Supercell for the first time (he actually had it). Currently farming skeleton keys for a god roll imago loop. Having fun building up my hunter and titan as I exclusively mained warlock in D1.
Vaulting anything as far as content is fucking stealing I’m honestly pissed I can’t do the Levi raid anymore and I genuinely want a refund if I can’t enjoy the game I paid for
No matter how good there expansions are final shape and on, nothing they have added fills the voip of loosing that content and locations. The game still feels very hollow to Me. I’m extra pissed because i bought all the expansions after shadowkeep when they went “free to play”. A year later and boom all gone.
I have to hard disagree with the "Destiny 2 versions of D1 content is better" Every single time they've added it they've made compromises or changed the narrative. As for the Raids, they added champions. Nuff said.
I have barely started the video, and have not really kept up with destiny news, but the second you mentioned the idea of a D1 remake, I gasped audibly and stood up, pacing my room thinking of who all I haven't talked to in years to pull them back in for another raid on the VoG
Because weapons were far more forgiving and balanced and made to be fun. D1 didn’t have ability spam & special weapons didn’t rule PvP like they do in D2
Considering i only have pc i would ask for a port but knowing bungie... Yeah the fact that D1 players are happy and having fun is more than enough for me
I asked a kid in my neighborhood to lend me $20 to buy this game at launch. Im 23 now and its the best decision of my life. Such a good game and community
I'm playing now. Destiny 2 is tiring, I feel like I'm never making any meaningful progress. D1 I can put down for literal years and come back to the same stuff without a complete GUI shuffle.
I miss d1 so much. I started to play it the first day it got released and it was a wonderful experience to play it for years and getting a to know other players. This is something d2 couldn’t give me for some reason
I went back to destiny 1 because my friend wanted to see what I liked about d2. I straight up told him "If it was before beyond light, I would have been happy to guide you through but the new player experience is so confusing, I got confused myself. At least destiny 1 will guide you through a straight path."
I started playing D1 as someone who never played it and had 2000 hours in D2. Started like 2 weeks, and it's all because of the price drops and since I want to play Wrath. Thankfully, I have 2 friends to play it with, so I always have at least one person.
I’m not going to lie… I’ve been playing it a lot recently haha. My friend plays d2 all the time and bought an Xbox with d1 to see what it was like. Been loving every second
Man, I wasn't there to be veteran of D1, but I bought the collection for 25 dollars on playstation, and it was the best thing I could've bought with it.
I'm really glad bungie decided to keep D1 alive after all this time instead of sunsetting it like early D2. These two games have now practically separated into 2 different genres due to D1 no longer being live service. D1 stays fixed while D2 stays constantly evolving, creating a much simpler and stable experience that I can appreciate.
There is definitely a difference in the feel of gunplay in d1, from the kickback of a hand canon to the effect of shooting a thrall. To even the behavior of enemies, it plays more like halo than d2 does .
I’ve played Destiny since vanilla D1. I can’t ever see myself going back. The quality of life , builds , crafting , updated graphics and so on make it a no go for me
Bungie has a mismanagement problem, Warframe came out a year and half before D1 and yet, Digital Extreme managed to evolve the game in a single client, 10 years worth of content packed into a single game, works even on mobile devices, I do not say this to start any drama but as a former D2 player who moved on to a similar style game I can't help but to compare the two. I love Destiny but unfortunately, I grew tired of paying for content that would be removed in the end, I want to replay year 1-3 content plus many of the seasons that were phenomenal but how can we?
I remember telling a group of friends who I play Destiny 2 with, that if there was a game that I could go back to play and never really put down. It would be Destiny. Both of them. I played the betas for D1 and D2 plus just the Vanilla campaign. But unfortunately the original group that I was going to play with. Dropped the game almost immediately. Since at the time a 'Live Service Game' wasn't really around and they couldn't wait for the content drops. Meaning I missed all the DLCs for D1 and didn't get back into D2 until near the end of Season of the Risen during Witch Queen. Watching this really makes me want to go back and play D1 and all of its DLC since I didn't get to do it when they originally came out
"You need to have your best gear on" WRONG, THIS IS WRONG. You need your best gear on your person, this was a QoL update from Rise of Iron's launch. This is easily demonstrated by putting a high light item into your inventory, you will notice all other drops being majorly skewed in light level preventing you from equipping them until a higher level. The side effect of this is it discourages veterans from putting high level items on low level toons, lest they get gear they can't use for 1-2 levels.
I played Destiny 2 before D1. Then CBgray decided to collect all exotic weapons and armor and I started to play D1 during that time. Great experience even knowing it was 30 fps. But the game felt awesome!! I recommend new players to give it a try.
Before the Sony buyout, I could have imagined a D1 Classic would have been a possibility, but I doubt it could happen now. Especially since they’d have to go back and work with the even worse/older version of the Tiger engine, which god only knows who is left there that actually knows how to work with it, let alone deal with its issues. I’ve actually been going back to play D1 myself, currently on the 360 (planning to go on XB1 once I do enough and copy my save) and I’m genuinely shocked how much fun the game still is! As much fun as build crafting can be, gunplay always felt more satisfying and D1 delivers in that immensely. It also helps that guns don’t feel totally useless if you don’t have the absolute best perks on them. I haven’t played D2 since the final story mission for TFS came out 6 months ago, and it hurts me knowing that D2 left me so jaded for so long that I forgot how much I genuinely loved and enjoyed playing D1.
I was 11 when D1 came out. Great memories on the game and continue to play it till this day. Just wish they had kept Trials and iron Banner in the game
Haven’t played D1 since D2 launched only because I lost my disc. Previous price tag wasn’t justifiable but $20 brought me right back. Can’t lie tho, the QoL changes in D2 are a god send. You touched on a lot of it. But man the game is beautiful, it still feels good to play. Nightfalls are brutal esp with no healing capabilities. But man I’m having so much fun. Much better then the bug fest we have now
The 350 Siva playlist and all strikes match-make with people of similar light level. So if you're not 400 or close to max the match-making is dead. At 400 strike lobbies fill up almost immediately. It's pretty dumb they don't allow lower light players to match with higher ones, as it negatively impacts their experience.
i came to comment that i still play it. the atmosphere and art style of the game is simply better. also having the ability to replay all the content is the REAL reason i keep playing. d2 took away several paid campaigns and locations. i play d2 but d1 will always be superior for the simple fact of replayability.
I have absolutely zero knowledge regarding game development, but if I think about what we already have in D2 that was originally released with D1 (Guns, Armor, Enemies, Raid, Destinations etc) I feel like there is not that much, that needs to be brought forward to make a remastered version possible. D1 on PC -> I‘d pay for it.
A simple solution I found for the Ammo Economy issue in both games is Icebreaker for range, Invective for shotgun in D1 and Legendary shotguns that roll with Discord, & Subsistance as it works just like the Invective with 1 extra step. The one thing I miss that D1 has that D2 Lacks are Elemental Exotic Primaries in Arc, Solar, & Void In the Primary slot. None of the Primaries from the Raids in D2 Feel "Special" when u get them from Raids because they only appear in the Special slot making it impossible to run all three base elements like u can in D1 which is honestly a real shame, as it makes Raid primaries feel far less rewarding..
One unimportant mission from The Dark Below is unavailable, I think it was vaulted after a few more DLC released and they updated Eris's location (TTK?). I don't even recall the dialogue anymore but yeah, it's gone.
Points I'd like to make: 1 - Sales are not the norm, so saying that a $150 collection CAN be on sale for $52, is not really genuine since there won't always be a sale on, especially for Bungie's current primary breadwinning game. 2 - You say that a lot of Destiny 1's content is currently in Destiny 2, and it's kinda true, but not really. The New Light experience is a really hamfisted modification of the first act of Destiny 1's main campaign. But since it's set in D2, you don't get all the important moments like waking the Hive, reviving Rasputin, discovering the Vex, etc. And sure, Crota's End, King's Fall and Vault of Glass are in the game along with a handful of strikes. But there is no context for any of them, they're just there to fill out the Free to Play playlists. 3 - What players want has nothing to do with how difficult it is for Bungie to accomplish it. But the true issue is that Bungie doesn't have any real say anymore with the future of their own development. I fear they won't even be able to remain in control of D2, nevermind revive D1.
Played though for a few weeks on a fresh character in September. It was a great experience. Saw CB Gray doing his exotic grind while in the reef. My first exotic drop was the thunderlord just like it was 10 years ago😢
all they realisticly need to do is remove the fps cap and add the ability to adjust video settings similarly to how halo infinite has, add an fov slider and allow it to be played via the xbox app on pc
If they did remaster D1, it could be it's own thing. A time capsule wrapped in a neat little bow. If they COULD do it, it would at least not carry the heavy payload of a true live service game. It could be exactly what it is now with a graphics overhaul. However, modifying mechanics like mantle or things having to do with character movement, I'm guessing, would take a lot more work. It would definitely have to be a passion project. I would love to see it. I think it would open avenues long forgotten and potentially grant Destiny as a franchise, a new path forward.
In-game loadouts and transmog would be nice for D1. I do use Destiny Item Manager but it can't change nodes, and maybe having that work when in PvE spaces instead of just social spaces or orbit, would be nice.
I think if they ever do a D1 classic/remaster, they should add all of the vaulted stuff from D2 into it as well, but keep the same gameplay mechanics from D1 as they are. Then we’d really get to see the vision of what Bungie wanted to do for this game, since If I remember correctly, they didn’t even want to make a Destiny 2
Cause destiny 2 failed us. I don’t know if I even wanna go back into Destiny 2 bro frfr. The game awards are today and I’m just so hype for the new games. That being said I’ve been on destiny 1 even to this day on my ps4
I will always love D1. I was 13 when I first played D1, Im now 23 with a 3 year old. NGL I miss when your max level was 20 then you had to increase your "light" level. vanilla was 30, 32 with TDB and 34 with the HOW. the 2 light level difference doesn't seem like a lot but believe me it was, considering you could only get max light level gear from raids (Skolas and trials for HOW) it could take weeks to reach max light level... unless you had 3 characters of the same class. I personally don't want a D1 remastered, It was a broken masterpiece, I dont want to see it become "just broken" and seeing how Bungie has handled D2 over the past 7 years I am afraid that might happen. D1 had a lot of flaws during its 3 year life cycle, but not many people fully quit playing D1 during its life cycle. I cant say the same for D2
D1 was about potential. Sure D2 has many quality of life aspects that are definitely better than D1 but D1 is by far the superior game. This is when the gunplay was fresh and new. Now many games even COD has gunplay thats amazing. It also wasn't ridiculous puzzle heavy. Sure things to solve but it wouldn't take the best players in the world 30+ hours to beat a raid etc. Getting a weapon you wanted was like Xmas and was exciting everytime. Now, and moreso with crafting, all the weapon excitement is gone. Anyway D2 sucks and has for years. D1 will always be a special game
Quite surprised that many D1 players are young kids, but glad they played it Also I forgot you needed to level up weapon and armor perks. Glad that is no longer a thing
I play d1 today Some videos on my channel went "viral" that are just d1 clips The communtiy is insane......farming the same 4 raids for like 10 years Actual things i have heard "Bro only has 1,500 clears, what a noob" (most have 7,000+) Like seriously, it is.....crazy, juet raid, over and over and over. Theybare all speedrunners, just from the average amount of clears in these players being like 5,000+ Its wild
The end of this video is super strange how he keeps talking about Destiny 1 being a game for "older technology" as if the consoles we have now aren't just glorified PS4s and Xbox Ones from a single generation after them. And as for PC, there's a reason 8th gen games got ported to PC more than 7th gen games, it's because architecture for 8th and 9th gen consoles are more similar to PCs now than 7th gen consoles were. It would not be a struggle to port this game more than it would be to port any new game that just releases on more than one platform.
Everything that could be put into a remake can be added to D2 at this point. Their and has not been realistically a reason to go back other than nostalgia. Which in of it isn’t a bad thing. But they’re are more than Remastering options here.
I would have answered yes to the have you played D1 in the last year question, but the extended answer is that I played a single mission and turned it off since the gameplay just feels awful. It’s a shame too, since I really like the idea of having more grind, no crafting, loot meaning something, putting effort into weapons, etc…which brings me to point 2. My type of gaming is a D2 rarity now. 99% of the community hates the grind, and loves the best loot to just fall in their laps. This video will just scare them off tbh. Bullet sponge enemies, little ammo, movement’s bunk, guns are all random drop and require perk levelling, exotics are semi-rare, subclass levelling, etc. They wont make it a half hour.😂
I would 100% buy a PC port (functionally remastered) Destiny 1. Only bring in needed features like Fireteam Finder, more vault space, unlimited primary (or a bigger pool idc), maybe public event indicators (though I kinda liked the way it used to be), and access to the directory from ground (though that might ruin the shared nostolgia misère). Then also return reoccurring events like trials, iron banner, yearly festivals (dawning, haunted, etc). They do all that I'd 100% for sure buy and play the game again from the ground up. *I'd go back on my taken king engraved ps4 and play right now but I've literally been years without a controller and don't have the time nowadays to re-learn it.* Just as a side, I would not want to come back if they update the graphics (they are perfect done touch them) but I also don't want them to do things that remove from the nostolgia (aka weapon-crafting like changes)
Destiny 1 lifetime in art design, vibe, and lore implications was a better game in my opinion D2 feels more cartoonish/hollow like the hero always win while d1 gave us that feeling of trying to reclaim everything and unsure of the future
Naw, I'm good with D2. Spent a crazy amount of time playing D1 and grinding. Have good and bad memories (it was the best of times and the worst of times) of D1 but D2 is way much more enjoyable to play. If I never played D1, I would probably play it to get a better understanding of the game which would give me much more respect in playing D2 and enjoying the changes. Plus when I played D2 on PC for the first time I knew within minutes that I'm not going back to console. No hate for D1, enjoy it for those who do venture out to play it.
It’s so sad that my Xbox finnaly bricked and I can’t play this game anymore, I just wanted to play rise of iron man (also fun fact my 360 still works but not my 1s lmao)
I played bungie games since 2011 when I was 6, I loved every game. D1 was a very strange experience for a little russian child that can't understand anything that characters say. But still, it was fantastic, I didn't know about raids, exotics, only had a couple of purple loot on my titan, that's all. I did only campaigns and patrol, with pvp, I was a pvp player from Halo Reach. Even with soo little, it was great. Only from d2 because my father played it with me and it was on russian so I started to understand and I played it a lot, really a lot. I loved this game too. But with time.. d2 just started to die for me. Because of that I played all the campaigns of d1, except of rise of iron (still don't have it) and even managed to play pvp a couple of years ago. It was fantastic, d2 lost this felling that we all love in first destiny. And now, when d2 and bungie are just a dying corpses, and I don't have my xbox. I really want them to remaster it on pc, with a good amount of fps, high resolution, and mkb, with crossplay. I have a couple friends from d2, and we all have pc, and we all want to play the original destiny. That's my only hope for destiny and bungie. The last hope. The final shape campaign was great ending of d2, but after it I don't want to play it, no more. Only d3 or remaster of first. But d3 is officially dead right now so. It was a great journey but I have missed a lot of d1, and want to change that. Only time will tell yeah?
Oh my dude, I would love...nah...I would kill to have year-based D1 servers. So you can play original D1 year 1, original VoG. Must have Gjallarhorn or kick. I also feel D2 should have year based servers, so people who didnt get to experience previous seasons and activities, raids. But more importantly, make things obtainable like old loot and titles that could carry over to the most recent servers. In the same sense as you can with World of Warcraft. If all this happened, I'd still be playing for another 10 years.
D1 started rough, but after a year it was an amazing game. And then it’s third year made it even better. On the other hand, 2017 Bungie started off just as bad as 2014 Bungie, but decided to kill off one of its only entertaining characters to kick off the second year, and then doubled down on paywalling each individual piece of the cool content. They eventually decided that their core fanbase could go take a leap, dropped the price tag from $69.99 to $0.00, removed hundred of dollars of content, focused on putting micro transactions in their game instead of making it fun, and somehow turned into a political activist organization more so than a game development studio. Bungie was a company made by a bunch of nerds who hung out eating pizza and drinking beer. When Activision took over, most of the traditional bungie staff just quit. So before Sony absolutely gutted the company, Bungie was already less than a shell of what it had been in its glory days. They took a massive hit when Activision took over publishing of D1, but by the time D2 was launched, Bungie was already long dead.

On point
Agreed
I have to hard disagree with the "Destiny 2 versions of D1 content is better"
Every single time they've added it they've made compromises or changed the narrative.
As for the Raids, they added champions. Nuff said.
It’s funny that this video comes around, because I was recently going back and revisiting part one after the $20 price drop. perfect timing.
So many people are playing D1 haha I love it!
Finally again ❤️🔥@@ShadowDestiny
Imo destiny 1 subclass model was PERFECT. Was it balanced? Nope, but i love that chaotic feeling of being able to make my own build that somehow works
Imagine buying destiny 2 enjoying the first raid and then they take it away and refusing a refund.
I have barely started the video, and have not really kept up with destiny news, but the second you mentioned the idea of a D1 remake, I gasped audibly and stood up, pacing my room thinking of who all I haven't talked to in years to pull them back in for another raid on the VoG
I started destiny 1 a week ago
You play on ps?
Because weapons were far more forgiving and balanced and made to be fun. D1 didn’t have ability spam & special weapons didn’t rule PvP like they do in D2
Honestly funny you made this. Just started playing Destiny 1 for the first time a week ago. Great vid as always!
You play on ps?
i liked and watched the whole lawn mower package sponsor ad because you edited that super well haha
Oh and to add…destiny 2 i dont like at all lol
Bro is finally back! 🎉❤
We missed you broo
destiny 1 raised me dad dipped right after he introduced it to me during the beta lmfao
Your dad introduced you to "Love/Hate" relationships that day, both with Destiny and himself
@ lmfaoooo that is so true
I'm playing now. Destiny 2 is tiring, I feel like I'm never making any meaningful progress.
D1 I can put down for literal years and come back to the same stuff without a complete GUI shuffle.
I miss d1 so much. I started to play it the first day it got released and it was a wonderful experience to play it for years and getting a to know other players. This is something d2 couldn’t give me for some reason
Destiny 1 Remastered will be the death of Destiny 2 😅
Man, I wasn't there to be veteran of D1, but I bought the collection for 25 dollars on playstation, and it was the best thing I could've bought with it.
i remember the good old time when i started playing destiny 1, i could barely read at that time, i was really young but it became literally my life..
I've been *really* enjoying the content D1. I really wish I'd gotten into it during release; I didn't start playing until after I got my PS5.
Looks like it's time for me to hop back on D1, got a new account and bought all the expansion.
The best add ever! I never watch add, but this manscqpr add was!!
Its actually crazy the fact that in all of this we still have the SAME enemies from d1 in d2, no other species to fight, damn
Wait how do I buy all the expansions for only $20 all this time I've had the disc but no DLC😭🙏
Your videos are always so entertaining and informative! Thank you for this! 🌺💚
Still playing, people are still setting times, raiders are still carrying. Very fun stuff.
Points I'd like to make:
1 - Sales are not the norm, so saying that a $150 collection CAN be on sale for $52, is not really genuine since there won't always be a sale on, especially for Bungie's current primary breadwinning game.
That ad intro was smooth
RIGHT???
In-game loadouts and transmog would be nice for D1. I do use Destiny Item Manager but it can't change nodes, and maybe having that work when in PvE spaces instead of just social spaces or orbit, would be nice.
I think if they ever do a D1 classic/remaster, they should add all of the vaulted stuff from D2 into it as well, but keep the same gameplay mechanics from D1 as they are. Then we’d really get to see the vision of what Bungie wanted to do for this game, since If I remember correctly, they didn’t even want to make a Destiny 2
cleanest transition in an ad ive ever seen in my life
Cause destiny 2 failed us.
My D1 Vault, 3 characters and Postmaster slots are 100% used. I'd have to do a serious clean up before I could play. 😅
It’s worth it. Much better than D2 just hopped back on a month ago and I don’t regret
Destiny 1 is the game i fell in love with
man i wish d2 came out first and then d1 sparrow racing finding dead ghosts secret areas
I miss finding "dead ghosts" and the whole grimoire system
Quite surprised that many D1 players are young kids, but glad they played it
Also I forgot you needed to level up weapon and armor perks. Glad that is no longer a thing
Shadow I am kinda sad that you didn’t mention the Queen’s Wrath Event in year 1.
been playing since 2014 and still am
I play d1 today
Some videos on my channel went "viral" that are just d1 clips
The communtiy is insane......farming the same 4 raids for like 10 years
Actual things i have heard
"Bro only has 1,500 clears, what a noob" (most have 7,000+)
Like seriously, it is.....crazy, juet raid, over and over and over. Theybare all speedrunners, just from the average amount of clears in these players being like 5,000+
Its wild
That’d be awesome if they did a faithful remaster optimized for consoles releasing around 2028
I have 4 accounts from 2014. Was playing D2 and just get lost with all the stuff. Now I just play D1
The last city d1 discord server is very active. You shouldnt have trouble finding players there
I loved playing destiny. Such a good game.
Still a superb game. Great option for new players to play. Remaster would be great
I’ll check it out as well, I miss my old weapons
Here we go again
When I left destiny 1 with 5k hrs played to play destiny 2 I left a vault with over 50 exotic engram's behind unopened to this day
The end of this video is super strange how he keeps talking about Destiny 1 being a game for "older technology" as if the consoles we have now aren't just glorified PS4s and Xbox Ones from a single generation after them.
Destiny 1 stil the best and ofcourse og❤️🔥if they would update destiny 1 bungie coulf earn alot more money from it
Everything that could be put into a remake can be added to D2 at this point.
*I'd go back on my taken king engraved ps4 and play right now but I've literally been years without a controller and don't have the time nowadays to re-learn it.*
Just as a side, I would not want to come back if they update the graphics (they are perfect done touch them) but I also don't want them to do things that remove from the nostolgia (aka weapon-crafting like changes)
The aesthetic, the lighting, and they didn’t remove half of the game lol
Destiny 1 lifetime in art design, vibe, and lore implications was a better game in my opinion D2 feels more cartoonish/hollow like the hero always win while d1 gave us that feeling of trying to reclaim everything and unsure of the future
No shade was thrown by me towards Rick, it was just funny lol
Pc port! Pc port! pc port! Love u shadow thanks for making watchable destiny content
For someone terrible at jumping...im gonna stick with D2...😂
Id like to be able to play it on pc for a few reasons. My friends are all on pc and I don't like paying subscriptions to play with my friends online.
1:50 will my old Gameboy work?
