MOD means modification in video games. It is the alteration of the "modders'' (players/gamers) of a certain video game. This modification improves the game and how it is being played.MOD can make the game fun and exciting to play. It also prolongs the replayability and all credits go to the modders from the community.
I would like to showcase the MODs in the videos to:

Lê Quân PS4 You should be able to keep the visual prowess powers, even if you lose the rinnegan. This is probably the case because Madara was still able to use the Susanoo with no eyes at all, sooo...
The Savage Taxman Susanoo is something from the Mangekyo. If you haven't Rinnegan you cannot use his powers

@@historynerdneiledits That and he also had no reason to, his main focus was to get Sasuke back, which took a lot of chakra from opening multiple of Kaguya's dimensions.
While Kakashi could use Susanno because he was given Obito's remaining six paths chakra combined with Kakashi's original chakra.
