- Super Mario Land 2 is an amazing game for the Game Boy. While the Super Game Boy added a bit of color to the game, it wasn't a full color game until now. The user "toruzz" made a patch and made everything colorful like if it was ported to the Game Boy Color. In this mod/rom hack, I fight all the bosses of the game with Luigi. Yes Luigi is an added feature to this mod with his own physics. Stay tune as well for Mario VS All Bosses coming soon.

To be fair, according to the game's story, that castle was Mario's to begin with, so I guess Luigi was getting his brother's castle back for him? What a guy. : )

What I like about this game over other 2d mario games? It actually has interesting bosses! Sure they may be easy but it's so much better than just koopalings, boom boom, fake bowsers, etc. Why can't all 2d mario games have this much variety in their boss fights. One of the reasons I feel this game is underrated.

Well at least the fans are still colorizing old Game Boy games. Trip World is officially getting a DX version soon though! It will be on a real cartridge as well as being sold for Switch, PS4/PS5, XBOX, ect. It's actually being sold by Sunsoft. Sunsoft is getting back into making games and rereleasing their older titles again!

This hack makes Vinesauce's headcanon hilarious in hindsight. Vinesauce said that Luigi was living with Mario in the castle but Wario murdered him and kicked Mario out, which is why he isn’t in the game. Now Luigi's back with a vengeance.
