2 burning questions not covered which should have been ..... Can a player club all his online accounts when computing final tax at the end of the year ..... the other question is that say I earn Rs 5 lacs from poker and here the TDS will be 1.5 lacs ..... can I take the 7 lacs tax benefit (no tax is there for income upto 7 lacs as per the new regime) and pay zero tax and take refund of 1.5 TDS which has been done ......
That is what NET WINNINGS is this year. I have personally done that too but that's a risk I am taking. You can talk to your CA as well and try the same then.
Bhai ek question hai... Suppose in a financial year we win ₹20 lac and then pay ₹6 lac as tds.... Do we have to pay any other income tax on remaining₹14 lakhs?

1. Yes you can club all your accounts in deciding net winnings. 2. 7L limit doesn't apply as this is irrespective of your income slabs limit
