Bucks fan here who nearly had a stroke and heart attack at same time. No excuse to almost blow a 14 point lead late in game.
Horford turned into prime Dirk and noone from the Buck's side could get a bucket aside from Giannis, this is where Middleton is valuable.

@@john.f1552 first three quarters were played flawlessly on defensive end for Bucks. They got gassed and fought foul trouble all game. The fact that they are far inferior to Celtics in three point shooting almost doomed Bucks.

I’d forget about missed a clear path foul, fragrant one, held whistles late for brown and probably smart(didn’t get a replay to confirm). Just want obvious and blatant fouls to be called. Missed fouls/bad calls will happen. The amount of missed/bad calls and who getting the calls matters.
I couldn’t think of anything close to a flop. Maybe Tatum very late in the game(no call and there shouldn’t have been a call) but I think he just lost his footing and wasn’t even setting a charge. If you tell me where I’ll look.

Forgot to mention that brutal elbow on Rob Williams, the attempted murder on Derrick White near the bench and Giannis throwing Tatum out of the court on that dunk. About the FTs, Bucks were on the bonus already 3 mins in the 3rd so Celtics didn't dare to foul, just let the Bucks score and gain that lead. C'mon man, this game was given to the Bucks throughout, cherry on the cake that late non-shooting foul on Smart's attempt for three.

Celtics fans stop it with the ref talk about Giannis charges. Its a tactic that the Celtics do to try and draw them and just because you see your player falling down doesnt mean he did it correctly and should get the call. If every drive with contact was a charge there would be no paint points scored in basketball, everybody would just do the charge strat

Thats an old strategy on basketball, you throw the ball hard so you'll know the trajectory of where the ball will go and rebound it, thats basic basketball 101 thats why nobody was talking about it, because its that simple basic basketball

@@legato8748 although it is basketball 101, it is very difficult to execute. They train for years to make shots, not miss by banging the ball off the rim to get a rebound. Well done by Smart, in my opinion. Just couldn't complete it by making the layup.

Yo, Giannis is the best 1 on 1 baller hands down, but he throws so many elbows to the chest, he's got those Refs locked down like Lebron.
If you see closer, had time to remain 4.8-4.9 , but after free throw commissariat failed to run clock on time too.. So all shots like this is pure luck because the board may appear red 1sec sooner or later

On both :20 and 1:12, it's the same thing - Jrue hit Brown's arm before hitting the ball both times. Re a flop - to be honest a lot of times a ref will allow players to play through a foul; a player can emphasize the motion they were trying to do after to try and draw attention; sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't and sometimes it's not a foul. In this case, it looks like Jrue hits Brown's arm before the ball both times and it is true that Brown made it bigger so that it could be seen.
Insane defending by both teams and that effort by Marcus Smart would have been epic, if he sunk that ball.
But, damn - Bucks are just too strong anywhere you look. And even the role players (such as Connaughton) are solid.
Sometimes this level of intensity can kill a person.

Im about to throw up with coach bud honestly. You get the entire quarter a slow guy with 5 fouls instead of portis and of course horford and everyone else took advantage of that . I said during the title run last year before and after the finals and i will say it again. Coach bud is just not fit! He doesn't know how to adjust its just that giannis tries to win a title again. That game with lopez looked like a 4 vs 6! No defensive or offensive effort he was just there! Anyway im way too mad i hope bud either get a clue on what to do or get tossed off the team whatever the outcome of the playoffs. Dont care if bucks go back 2 back Bud needs out imo.
I liked the defensive approach, but they are one dimensional offensively. No versatility, no alternative schemes, if the threes don't fly...
I've been saying Bud needs to leave since last playoffs and even though we won I still think he's a bad coach. In fact, I said it back then and I'll say again now, Middleton needs to leave too, he's far too inconsistent and needs to be replaced by a reliable superstar that can truly help Giannis.
