hi! i am new here and i really love your videos, you are super creative and have a fun energy ❤ based on what you described with your hands, i think you may be starting to get carpal tunnel (i have it too). so def keep doing your hand stretches and be mindful and take breaks for your hands because if you push too hard it might be permanent and make it really hard to crochet and knit. i hope you feel better soon!💗

@@ribsybambi hi!!! idk where you can get them outside of the ph but you can get stress relief/compression gloves specifically for crocheting and knitting too, i've been using them for a bit while crocheting and they're suuuuper helpful with helping your hands not hurt afterwards

The wrist pain happens to me too! I'm glad you are doing the stretches. Do them before and after for sure when you are working perhaps more depending on how long you are working. It is carpal tunnel i bet you. I took a wee bit of a break for like a week and mine are so much better now. They have gloves that we can wear when we do our work that are supposed to help i guess. I haven't tried them yet. Love the channel though! I'll have to follow along
omg yes i just got a wrist brace to wear at night and i feel much better in the morning!! i recommend!! & i need to take a long break for sureeee also welcome to the channel!!

Big chunky handels on the crochet hook work much better to avoid wrist pain, its not as aesthetically pleasing (but cheap!) but you can just cut a hole in each side of a tennis ball and put your crochet hook inside
