@@Bananappleboy great name, you are a expert in your craft
You called out, big mistake, guess who heard you?
thanks for clarifying and great job! Youre getting awfully close at first glance
I love how the A-Sync researchers actually care about helping the survivor and want to bring him back to the threshold. I was honestly hoping for a bigger reaction from the researchers when seeing an actual human being instead of some monster.
It's possible they could have seen other survivors in the past few weeks or months. Based on their reactions, they appeared to have experience with survivors.
in other canons of backrooms there are teams made for the help of survivors, delivery team, defense team, guide team, etc.
It is the most pleasant canon in my opinion
Sounds nice
@@matheoc.m4550 the most ass idea of the backrooms, “defense group” made by survivors sounds stupid as fuck compared to the endless void of the backrooms where you’d never see anything for miles. The fact that the wiki made all these retarded groups and people call it cannon is stupid as fuck to me
I think it might actually valuable for them to rescue survivors because they could use their experience lost in the backrooms as advantage to further understand the backrooms more, possibly experiment on them since they do say it's dangerous to be in it without protective gear, they could take samples to see if there has been any changes to the body when exposed to the backrooms for long periods of time
Kane Pixels set the standard for the "Backrooms" genre and A-Sync Research is perhaps the only channel that has lived up to that level of quality, creativity and story-telling. Keep up the great work!
gibsonTV is great too!
There is another channel, I forgot what it is, I've got it in my channel list.
@@wardfiction5693 aster industries?
Very true
I totally agree. A lot of the other "Backrooms" videos from other channels are always lacking some sort of realism. Whether it be the movement of the camera or the exaggerated environments. Something is always out of tune. But A-Sync seems to get most (if not all) of it right.
Can you imagine the sheer confusion and joy from somehow encountering a GROUP of seeming professionals in a hostile place like this. And then they proceed to be kind, polite, and honest with you, and try get you out immedietely. Ditching their previous objective. Such genuine kindness in an otherwise bleak and existential genre.
And they’ll throw in a full diagnostic and autopsy for free
Wait a minute, titled no escape, like you said finds a group of seemling nice people after being chased for so long. The laughter at the end, how much you wnt to bet it's a trap by the backrooms
@@Truck--kun I think they are genuine. If it was a trap they wouldn’t have mentioned the dangers of staying there for too long because of the bacteria, they would have been like “oh yeah you’ll be fine trust”
@@ayzix-polytopia3854 He means the backrooms itself set the trap, not the researchers.
@@ayzix-polytopia3854 as the other person said, meant the backroom itself not the researchers as I'm pretty sure the back rooms has some for of intelligence
One concern I have is that these researchers didn’t all leave together - they are supposed to work in groups that are a minimum of three, and they split into groups of two including the survivor. Also noticed that the researcher was panicked when he realized the survivor was 15 feet behind him and sprinted back to him, saying “I didn’t realize you were so far behind me”…implying that turning your back on someone even briefly can be fatal.

@@lineada7004 Hello I can help you. The Backrooms were a meme from 4Chan. Do you know what that is? It started as a meme with a picture and somebody wrote that imagine walking through a place with yellow carpet and yellow walls and the never ending hum buzz of fluorescent lights, and it also spoke about monsters hearing you. Well, people took that and ran with it. It is definitely not real, although people say that maybe they’ve seen places like this in dreams. I’d like to think that maybe they’re real in some weird dimension. Basically at this point people have made millions of videos about it. I think I can safely say it is like an urban legend and there are tons of different stories about them. People mostly make these videos with a program called blender. And while it looks very real, it is not. It is all 3-D animations that look very realistic because of the filters that people use. This creator and another one called Kane pixels are very good at it. They’re very good at working with blender and making the videos look as realistic as possible. I thought they were real at first too, well not really in the sense of the story was real, but that the locations that Kane was using was real. That’s when I first found out about blender and the way that people are using it now. Apparently anybody can make realistic videos from 3D video apps nowadays. So I hope this helped you understand it better.
I love the idea of finding a door out into the real world but the environment is just as hostile to life as the backrooms. Forcing the character to make a choice to willingly reenter is SO good. 👍 seriously, excellent work!
@Futile life Your opinion will switch up real quick once you start to get hungry
@Futile life You would die within a few days, or a week, to the airborne bacteria present throughout the backrooms. Not to mention there don't appear to be any food or water sources. This is all assuming you survive the entities present within The Backrooms.
@Futile life you can already do that in the real world
Was it the real world though? Or just a snowy backroom
who knows if it was the real world, it could have just been an environment generated by the complex, a model of a mountain with an infinite snow machine that doesn't really go anywhere. but a warm blooded human would probably die before even reaching the edge of the level.

Very human dialog. Fantastic work.
I can't stand when shows make such cringe dialog because of how bland and uncreative people are these days, but you're absolutely right about that feeling genuine and real, people often overlook how much dialog can impact scenes
@@red_menace1829 very true. Most folks think people really talk and act like they do in movies or on tv not knowing how much over acted or over talked somethings are. The more organic the dialogue is, the more human it feels.
I actually really enjoyed the part where he opens the door and finds himself at the top of snowy mountains in a blizzard. The mental crisis of feeling relief that you are no longer in the yellow musty halls but also the dread of being in an environment that would kill you before too long. The panicked search for shelter, only to find out that he has no choice but to enter back into the unknown or freeze to death. Brilliant.
The mountain scene reminds me of the Matrix scene with The Twins.

i love how you can actually hear what the hazmats are saying, one of my only problems with kane pixel's series is that there are no subtitles and the dialogue is intentionally buried in ambient audio and insanely hard to make out without enhancing or replaying it
This is the first comment I have read that mentions this. I 100% agree. Have been wondering if everyone else is fine with this and can understand everything being said. Subtitles are the way to go.
I love how *human* the reactions are. The guy filming has genuine vocal expressions of fear and comments that match what a person would actually say in that situation. The researchers are actually talking to him like a normal human would. In a lot of backrooms animations, the individuals don't say anything, or the reactions don't seem realistic-- but I really liked how you accomplished this in the video!

Its about a a company called A-sync, having a US-contracted program called the "KV13 project" aka "The Backrooms" in the 80s. This project was to make and succeed in creating a doorway or portal to another dimension called the backrooms. The backrooms is a place that you go to when you "no clip" or fall through/go through a solid object as if you were a ghost, off reality. Long story short, the backrooms is another weird and extremely large dimension with multiple "levels" or floors, consisting mostly of empty office spaces, mono-yellow walls, and soggy carpets. You can find several entities in the backrooms that can be hostile, neutral. or docile. The a-sync foundation has made a plan to utilize the extremely large backrooms for storage space, housing, and work environments as well as scientific research, which could save on billions of dollars worth of construction equipment and the ever-growing lack of space.
Heres a presentation of that a-sync made:

@@nathanperoandrei3841 thank you so so much. respect
In most Backrooms vids people have the self-preservation instincts of a brick. Oooh, slide!
I disagree a little bit about the reality of the reactions. After being chased by that thing, the guy is STILL is dumb enough to call out "HELLO" when he hears a noise rather than stealthily following the sound. That part is not very realistic, if he's interested in staying alive.
nearing the end, when the camera man got freaked out by him hearing someone or something "laughing" , the researcher actually cared and went back for him. nice man, you dont see many people like them around, actually willing to help.
Sounded like a party goer entity hope we see that in the channel and with the whole bacteria staff maybe one of the entities is carrying with it spreading to its victims
Why would the camera man stick around to find out after getting winded twice by creatures letting off the same noises earlier? What does he have the memory of a fish? there shouldn't have been time for the agent to double back nor would the cameraman with any common sense wanna lag behind under those conditions nor would the agent allow it. In coherent storytelling at best
@@coreym162 It's the bacteria that makes him forget. Plus who knows how long he's actually been in the backrooms, he might be on the thin line between sanity and insanity. A person obviously isn't gonna be in the right mental state after something like that.

I really do love the backrooms concept. When you think about it being stuck in a place like this really is terrifying, especially with the way it is laid out. There is something about the creatures that make them way more terrifying than your typical monsters.
Every time u look back they’re closer n closer lmaoaoa nd the sound makes it even worse. PLUSS the camera movement to throw yu off
Ndieonfndjkw! Omg yes! Backrooms is the most terrifying horror series to me. For the most part horror has become mundane, redundant, repetitive, cliche, and just not plain not scary. But since I discovered these backrooms series, this and Kane pixels, and I've seen a couple others that were okay as well, I can't get enough. Bejng stuck Inside the backrooms is definitely the most terrifying concept to me. The darkness and closed in hallways and open rooms with random furnishing and shit that makes no sense, or has no business being there. It's all blended together in a shaking, dizzying, subtly horrifying way and it culminates in my extreme emotional distress lol. Very satisfying horror!
That scene of him finding the TV playing what is assumed to be his missing persons ad, and then finding the TV unplugged is so genuinely horrifying, better than any jumpscare

I love how when he opens the door i felt equally relieved and hopeless. Relieved because you potentially just found your way back to reality only to realise that even if this was Earth that you are no better off then before and could likely die from hypothermia at that altitude in the middle of nowhere so your only choices are the Backrooms or a frozen hell-scape. Probably my favourite backrooms footage to date or st least top 3
My sentiments exactly
For me I wondered, if he'd have stayed out there maybe just maybe he could have found something else. But how is he supposed to know?
@@justforthis3208 theirs enough *unknowns* in icy mountain areas that the chances of him finding help or even another portal were slim to none. Hes lucky he found a way back. Hed have freezed to death in minutes considering heavy artic wear is required at those altitudes
Who ever said that area wasn't in the backrooms? The backrooms are entered by noclipping, not by actual entrances
The backrooms CAN copy outside locations. Those mountains you saw? Those WERENT the outside world, that was just another section of the Backrooms, and somehow that only gets more terrifying the more you look at it
@@beywheelzhater8930 that’s true, WE KNOW it’s still the back rooms, but WE DONT KNOW if the person with camera understands that. So they may in theory have that moment of relief turned into dread.
Wow this was fantastic. Cool to see a random dude find the researchers and how they cared enough to help him. Makes them relatable. Us against the back rooms kind of feel
The sound of the creature - man you nailed it. A cross between something so curious it causes you to want to look but at the same time the fear of knowing what you are about to witness!
LOVE when a backrooms creator takes the time to really map out very dream-like infrastructure that sticks to the "liminal spaces" aesthetic, walls of strange and unsettling isolation or significance and openings / pillars that are meant to draw person into the middle of. Breaking up the ceiling height variation even MASSIVELY helps give the backrooms a lot more random intrigue and exploration feeling, lots of creators keep theirs either too small or same throughout.
I was also gonna do the claustrophobia aspect of the Backrooms in a future video too, this is an EXCELLENT use of it when not a whole lot of people are yet right now. That end too, smooth use of the researchers into the story you've created that basically expands Kanes lore in ways he's not physically able to do with production timetables right now. THE BEST OF THE BEST.
There is no escape. Only warning the next dimension and trying to stay alive long enough for them to know it
This is the first time that a survivor encounters a researcher among the Backroom videos I've seen. However, it is regrettable that the researchers are not too surprised to witness the survivors. Does the video title "No Escape" mean that the person who filmed the video met the researchers but was abandoned? I want this topic continuously!
"No Escape" probably implies the feeling of not being able to exit the Backrooms, but this survivor is lucky.
they met another one in the hole or lost and found i dont remember
The camera man thought he escaped when the vent led him outside, but it wasn’t actually the frontrooms and just led him back into the backrooms
My suspicion is he escaped but was put in quarantine. Remember what the scientist said. “We’ve detected high amounts of bacteria in the air so it’s dangerous to stay in here for too long without these suits.”

Absolutely INCREDIBLE Work! 10/10!!!! Loved how the doorway lead to that mountainous blizzard region! That was AMAZING! Also that ventilation shaft with the screaming entity in the background was horrifying! Top notch work!

Can't believe how real those rooms look, and that camera shaking too. Incredible work.
This is amazing! I think what you do better than anyone else, aside from Kane himself of course, is how real the guy with the camera sounds and feels as he walks around. And the rooms themselves always look so real. The only place where you can clearly see the CG are the floors, which don’t look very good. Though I’m sure that’ll get better with time.
The wind effects passed through the mountain, rather than getting affected by the terrain and rising up.
Some of the textures looked a bit low res.
But overall, the animation looks really good all things considered.
@Randomedia A bit too flat and untextured imo

This game freaks me out so bad! When I was a kid my mom worked as a legal secretary and a couple of times took me to work in the evening when everyone else wasn't there and the whole floor was empty. They were remodeling two floors of the building and I swear it looked EXACTLY like this! I wandered around all the hallways and rooms. Even the lighting was similar because it was night and they only had a few lights turned on. Really brings back memories I'd almost forgotten about.

My favorite part is when he heard 'someone' laughing, the explorer run to him immediately. I remember a scene from other video that one explorer went nonexistent apart from his 3 other explorers. You are literally gonna be a god of an editor when you are old enough. I love your videos so much and can’t wait for you to make more. Thanks for the vids cheers.
This isn’t Kane Pixels if you are talking about when they are old enough.

I love the little added touch of seeing the TV a bit through the vents. Nice detail.
I love how he’s just like “hello?” At the hole in the middle of the raging snowstorm inside the otherdimensional, largely uninhabited void of the backrooms.
2:08 The tripod monster is very protective over it's child.
Maybe because the partygoers live in the ceiling and attack them?
That was really, really good. I didn't even realise it's not Kane's work. You improved a LOT. Awesome job
I like how you don’t make a Async scientists evil or like the SCP scientists, And instead when they hear him panic they actually ran toward him and calmed him down, Very nice!
But what I don’t get is why did they abandon the survivor in the last video? Are those specific scientists evil or is this a special occasion where they save him?
@@daniilfilms I think these guys have good intentions. That last guy most likely fell to his death or something.
That part with the snowfield was the first accurate depection of the backrooms i've seen in any video. How it can change so drastically and stretches out indefinitely.

Keep up the good work, A-Sync
This is just... wow. There was a place outside in arctic zone that felt CG-ish, when there is a closeup of the air vent shaft, there is no snow on the side of it and a low-res texture is catching the eye, but everything else looks VERY REAL and makes you believe in what you see and this is so scary! I love this!
everything in the backrooms is possible, so could be real
In Kane Pixel's Backrooms - Informational Video, there was a part where the wall textures were glitched. So yes, low-res textures can be part of the Backrooms. Though, if the animator wanted that part to look as real as possible, then your suggestion holds.
The back room ain't perfect, nothing should make sense, there's literally wobbling rooms and twisted stairs, hidden paths in walls nothing is real, low texture is as accurate in the backrooms as a dam flower growing from nothing...plus the cold is not even cold guy just like many levels weather ain't nothing its just for show, you don't get cold not hot and snow is not even real kot is the sun.
The quality of these videos is nearly on par with Kane's work. You're doing an amazing job.
Also if I understand the intro segment correctly, the Chernobyl disaster happened due to Backrooms related research conducted by ASync. I really like the idea of connecting the Backrooms back to the normal world in a more concrete way and it would be cool to see you lean into that aspect more in any future content
What could be more cooler if the SOVIET UNION manage to copy the thershold blueprint form the ASYNC without they knowing
They probadly gona carying full scale militarized equipment and reaserch equipment there.
Really good. You established a level of tension in the beginning and kept it going without being extreme.
When I saw this I thought it was Kane pixels but no this is brilliant great work
Chased by a scary monster, still yells out, "hello, who's there?" when strange loud noises are heard later on.
🤦🏻♂️
The foley work in this is really, really good. Directed well too, very simple with attention to detail to the point where you could still generally tell what’s going on without the visuals.
Artistry, effort and attention to detail are superior to budget. Some of these backroom vids look better than ‘Loki’, that ‘Halo’ TV show and some big budget stuff. All because these guys care more.

I found the lack of emotion and surprise at another human to be intriguing. Clearly not their first wanderer found. Perhaps the higher-ups will terminate these found wanderers so they can't share any secrets, and maybe the scientists didn't show much emotion in light of this: detatchment knowing the wanderer is doomed, or perhaps simply a mix of exhaustion and attempting to follow protocol. They could even be trained to not seem surprised so as to not get the exposed wanderer any more hyped up than he would already be in this situation. Calm will reflect calm, experienced people in the field are trained for this.
Anyways it really got me thinking, their lack of response.

First thing they ask is "Are you sick?" And when he says yes, they move into the evacuation protocol with a "this is not good" tone.

Amazing job! This is probably one of the most realistic looking and well made backrooms video. It follows through with what has already been set and also contains an actual rescue mission which is very unique and I've not seen done before. (Usually backroom videos have bad endings)
This was one of the best backrooms videos yet ngl. Kane Pixels And async research (your guys channel) are the best channels for backrooms content
I used to work at the Sands Expo and the similarity between these hallways and those (especially showing up to work during the dead hot summer days) which were abandoned a lot between show days gave me the chills. Bravo
2:40 there is an error since this entity is not one of those that can be distracted, therefore, being an entity that detects the waves of electricity, it is not possible for the cameraman to hide and outwit the entity
I was hoping for an episode where a person who noclips into the backrooms gets found by these researchers and thy help him. Good video!
Dude you nailed it man! Awesome video 📹
You and Kane are the masters of the Backrooms, looking forward to more of this in the near future.
Always neat to see these side-stories to the Pixel's Backrooms universe. Real great stuff!
Inspired by Kane Pixels but not Kane Pixels
So far this is my most favourite Backrooms footage. Damn, so well made.
11:50 the way the scientist is way infront of him concerned me like i thought the monster was about to come out of nowhere, drag him and k!lling him just like in the movies lol
That was incredible ! Wow the quality of this was nuts ! You’re a great animator and story teller I’m sure Kane would be proud
I’m supprised that no one has used the non-Euclidean type things, like rooms turning into smaller rooms and things being different depending on how you look at them.
I think that this would be a interesting look, at somthing that is so terrifying already.
Alice in Wonderland meets the Backrooms
Yeah that would be super cool to see. I mean we kind of get a hint of non-euclidean-ness here but that being more of a core concept/feature would definitely add a lot to the horror and unpredictability.

There a level like that but I suggest you dont find it is hard to get out nearly impossible.
Absolutely astonishing. You have put so much effort into making these videos.
I love how other sounds (that aren't the monster) still sound like it when distorted by the environment, like the radio on the scientist and the voices coming out of the vent
Awesome! Awesome everything. Can't get enough of these. I love that it's a longer video. My hopes are always for anything more than 5min. At 12min! I'm on the moon! Only small critique is I wish the MC reacted to the cold more but I don't want to jinx anything, I'm so happy with these. Loved seeing the TV not plugged into anything. Can't wait for this to evolve. Like what happens if you try to plug the TV in lol. Also kind of gave me some V\H\S vibes I'd love to see a teeny tiny bit more horror thrown in. The suspense is awesome and the way entities are handled also pretty awesome. It had me wondering if it might not be real and it's the mysterious bacteria that causes them to hallucinate the entities but you could still die from a heart attack if it ever caught you idk. I hope once you guys have all the pieces in order you could crowd fund a full feature length movie! We really really need more groups of people trying to bring this mainstream so a few studios could take a stab at it.
Tbh I don’t even watch these for the lore, it’s just amazing to see these videos! They’re so well made and awesome to watch the huge environments. The story is amazing and it’s just so cool that we get stuff like this for free on UA-cam
There is 2 persons that can make such good animations, Kane pixels and you.
the first backrooms video i ever saw. And its amazing.
I haven’t seen many people do this entity in this level many times, and you did an awesome on the chase. And the end is a fantastic touch because it makes things calmer and heartwarming in this bizarre place
This is some great stuff. I really love your interpretation of the backrooms. The paranoia of being lost and alone, with the occasional disembodied sounds of apparent nearby civilization, give this an amazing creepiness. Looking forward to the next.
love it, almost cried when i saw that someone got saved. keep it up!
Really neat visuals in this one, I like seeing the barrels and computer terminals and 3:31 looks fantastic! Well done!
😳 This is great! Because of creators like you I made an in order series playlist! 🤯
Finally finding a way out of the backrooms, only to open it and see a blizzard-battered frigid wasteland is probably the biggest slap in the face you could get. Like, the creatures in the backrooms _can_ kill you. But eventually, the cold _will._
Hello, please I need an explanation.
can you tell me what are these videos (of BACKROOMS) that you have commented, can you tell me what they are, are they real or are they games, or where were they shot, I do not understand any of these videos although I am interested I know a lot about what is happening,
I expect answers from you.
@@lineada7004 (not an expert but this is what I know) the backrooms is basically an urban legend/creepypasta type thing, a fictional horror concept that got circulated on the internet a few years ago. it basically highlights the concept of noclipping (or phasing basically) out of reality and ending up in an infinite room with buzzing florescent lights and moist carpet. over time, a wiki was made and people started adding levels to the backrooms, but the overall idea is ending up in this unfamiliar place with no way out, the entire place driving you mad and the terror of not knowing anything about what lies there.
Not sure if you already know what the backrooms are since this comment is a month old, but if not, I hope I provided you with somewhat of an explanation. :)
I love the realistic vibes from the old camera set, it really seems like luv action footage from the backrooms.
so nice video! naturally, the backrooms youtubers only represents an single level per video, there we got 2! also loved how the explorers of M.E.G. saved the wandarer, just an suggestion: when the wanderer starts running, make the cenary move faster than it moved at 2:22, amazing video anyways 🔥!
Channel of the name says Async... why are you calling them MEG??
12:25 lmao i love how the researcher sprinted back to him
"everything okay?" 💀
@@deIuxe HAHAHA
Simply amazing work, I enjoyed every second of this masterpiece, remember the backrooms keep changing and shifting realities and you never now where you end up in this infinite maze.
You could make this into a first person horror mini film franchise. Seriously dude, this is incredible you started something that can grow exponentially
Kane pixel started it and their stuff is moderately better, it's also growing into something big.
Wow that’s about 89-94% Kane Level
This is actually something interesting and new. I like how the cameraman found the researchers and they helped him.
8:42 This camera movement. This is what i call "quality content"
That chair moving at 3:50 is honestly the creepiest part for me. Fear is obviously the monster, but the idea of an object moving towards me whenever I can't see it, freaks me out. Banger vid bro
thats a masterpiece, I always search for a video where a survivor finds some ‘counter-entities’ im so happy for this video,
youre soo fucking good mate
yes lets gooo!!!! so hyped for your video man!
