Wow that casita is a dealmaker! It's totally self sufficient and like two houses on one like you said. Next Gen is a great title for it. I wonder if you can set up separate utilities and a meter for that casita? I doubt it but that would be game changing. Awesome tour as always! 👏👍

You'[re right that would be a game changer, but It's still in one home and casita doesn't have a gas connection for kitchenette but perfect for a family member than wants their own privacy, and still attached. No working class young family can afford this. Only baby boomers who have benefited from raising home prices. If a young person buys this and prices dont go up they are screwed.
