This is an excellent clear and easy to understand video. I now know what the problem is in my relatively new Beko dryer. Over 30 + years I've always had vented dryers and I wish I'd stuck to that! Thanks !
Hi there. I have the DC7112W. The "water tank full" and "clean filter" lights keep coming on together when neither are full or in need of cleaning. I've cleaned the condensor unit, the water tank is empty and the filter is clean. Any ideas as to what could be causing it?
@@bootsowen yes, it lights up indicating that the tank is full when it's not, and same with the "clean filter" light. Perhaps there is an issue with the timer, as this seems to happen each time about 20-30mins into any length drying cycle?
I have become condenser filter clean water tank empty it’s about three years old when I use it finding puddles water engineer wants 45 pound call out charge to look at it any ideas please make is Dc7112w.
Hi, there isn't much to these machines, the water must be coming from somewhere. as it works the water from the clothes condenses and trickles down into a reservoir. on some machines the reservoir is a drawer tank at the bottom and that is that, you pull out the tank to drain it. on most modern ones the drawer tank is at the top. so the water must be pumped from the reservoir at the bottom to the tank at the top. so there is a little pump with a switch in the reservoir. the most likely problem is that the switch that turns on the pump is gunked up and needs a clean. You can normally access it from the back. What I would do is run the machine outdoors with the cover of the pump off. watch and see where the water comes from. it could also be from a blocked tube or a broken or loose tube between the pump and the tank. it probably just needs a clean. how much time you want to invest in it is up to you. let me know how you get on. if you do get a service call let me know how they tackle it. I know nothing about doing this stuff efficiently. I can't imagine that they will turn it on and watch!
m y dryer has to have the bottom filter cleaned every load sometimes twice during the load drying and I clean the top filter every load. The machine is still stopping. It is only a year old and this is so annoying

Use a jet of water against the direction the air would usually travel brings them up a treat
I've got the 7230 but I think the only difference is that that one takes an extra kilo max

Why don't you call beko?
My whirlpool dryer has lint stuck near the element but the repairman says its okay and it won’t catch fire🙄 should i worry?
LOL, you are already worried! Why not clean it?
I clean it
I vacuum it every week but the lint that i can’t reach is near the heater
You'd better clean it otherwise something worse is gonna happen!
It is your risk, If it was in my house I would be worried.
I do all of this cleaning but still smelling clothes
Maybe your washing machine is not clean? Always 30deg fast wash?
@@bootsowen no washing machine is fine as they smell nice when they come out of the washing machine. I will try a dryer freshener to see what happens
Can you try to put a nokia 3310 in a washing machine?
Hi Emil,
I could if I had one. It could be a good video with 50 of them!
Ok👍👍👍
