Thank you brother for that word. I was a missionary in Bethlehem for 7 years. The last 2 years were during the first intifada. Throughout our time there we experienced everything the same as the Palestinians. I still have many dear friends there, and my heart has been breading over the current situation, and it's easy to lose perspective. Thank you for helping me to see clearly and to stay focused. God bless you.
Pray for the church and the believers who are there that they will be strengthened and will boldly proclaim the gospel to the Jews and to the Palestinians. May many find Christ through their testimony.
Thank you. I dread having to listen to the "end of timers" and how this is one more sign. I truly appreciate your voice of reason. You've been there for me alot these past two years and I thank God for you.
It's like the old hymn says, "Turn your eyes upon Jesus, look full in His wonderful face. And the things of earth will grow strangely dim. In the light of His glory, and grace. Amen.
Thank you, sir. I'm new to your channel, and so played this video with some apprehension, as most of the Christians I know are "all in for Israel," and regard the Palestinians as so many cockroaches, more or less. So refreshing to hear a sane voice. Thanks again.
Not all of us I'm a baptist and I have a completely different view on end times than some in the church I attend at the end of the day God has his plans and he will work them out in his own time for his own glory 🙂 I just feel sad of the brothers and sisters of Christ on both sides that have been killed I also feel sad with so much loss of life and people lost and never heard the gospel.
Dr. Woods provides 9 biblical examples of the many imprecatory prayers in the Book of Psalms that he feels are the same type of imprecatory prayers found in Psalm 83 which speak of enemies. Do you notice all these ENEMIES are of David that wrote these Psalms? Are we to believe that these enemies were actually represented by nations that wanted to wipe out Israel from being a nation? Is comparing the personal enemies of David that want to do him harm or kill him in these psalms basically the same as the enemies in Psalm 83 that want to wipe out Israel from existence?
If Jesus Christ returned again, the Christians would call him a Communist for asking to share the food and the wealth with the poorest in our society... Would be called a terrorist for asking to treat Palestinians as human beings and not deprive them of food, water and medicine... Would call him a sinner for asking to stop judging LGBT people and other minorities because our mission is not to judge or throw rocks at our brothers but to love and ease the pain.
While I appreciate your zeal, I would caution that placing yourself in the role of prophet who can predict what people would do in a situation that will never materialize is a highly dangerous spiritual activity. Plus, you left out how he would judge you for your own sins and shortcomings. Peace to you.
@chadbird1517 went right over your head. Jesus had always been in one of support for the persecuted and mistreated peoples of the world. All this man was saying is that today would be no different. Try not to project thru your own feelings and thoughts and instead let Christ use yours as a vessel for his. Godbless brother❤️🙏
These are the words of Andy Woods "...Psalm 83 there's no Invasion executed. .There's no Invasion defeated. There's no results you know of the invasion..." Take a look at Revelation 16: 13-14, 16-18. In Revelation 16 there is no invasion executed. There's no invasion defeated . There's no results you know of the invasion. Does this mean according to the logic of Woods that it is not a prophecy ?
I am thankful to God but I wasn't putting that situation. I know what I would do if my family was murdered and kidnapped. I'm thankful that God gave me a different responsibility.
In Psalm 83 ten enemies are listed but there is NO TIME IN THE HISTORY OF ISRAEL when these nations joined together in a desire to wipe out Israel from being a nation.
Concerning that, most scholars agree. That is why, as I noted in my video on Psalm 83, commentators suggest that the psalm is not reflecting a single event or war, but has telescoped numerous conflicts together and presented them in this one psalm.
@@chadbird1517 There are commentaries on Psalm 83 before 2000 that believed there was one single war to take place that would involve these specific enemies.
Thanks for your perspective. The only slight difference I would have is that I really wouldn't call it a "war". One side is basically just completely pummeling the other side into oblivion with no let up in sight. Very, very sad and extremely one sided. The G word is fitting.
Hummmm....agree to disagree...the Holt Spirit clearly told me, this was a fulfillment out of Amos 1 . God is not the sweet sappy grandfather we have tried to turn Him into. Think about him pre-planning to kill everyone on the earth except Noah and his family.... do you see where meggido is on the map?
Appreciate the perspective. So many of our dispensational pre millennial brothers and sisters are portraying a different perspective.

Thank you brother in Christ, for taking an unbiased and Biblical stance on this issue, God bless you.

Never seen a smiling picture of Jesus.

Thanks again, Chad, for setting things right.
No doubt evangelical types will have a field day with false assumptions of "scriptural fulfillment."

I mostly agree with you, only I await Christ's 3rd coming not his second.
