This is one of the biggest days in Browns history we just didn’t know it
He led us to the divisional round
He's a bad play caller but he is a great HC
He was in the NFL for 18 years, that's what the Browns were missing
Preach
this aged well
@@jonathanfrimerman8855 Are you a Browns fan or what?
No question about it
I am ready to get hurt again
Forreal, I dont have a specific favorite NFL team just due to being a huge college fan. Although a few years ago I started becoming somewhat a Browns fan, and then last year when Building the Browns came out, I was actually super stoked to watch the season and then the hurt me lol. This first episode is starting to build me up again
Prepared to be keep being hurt as long as baker mayfield is the QB
Lol no pain no gain right??
Ron Burgundy you are already throwing baker away. You ain’t a true browns fan if you are throwing him away.
Lucas DeVault yeah I’m not a browns fan. I like them though, I want to see them succeed. I don’t think bakers the guy though honestly.
Our annual new coach introduction
😂😂😂😭 Underrated. Comment. 🤣💀🤦🏾♂️
It must be so tiringfor the Haslem family to every couple years say "This is our guy, we believe we made the right decision and hope to have him here for a long time. Hes a great coach and we are excited"
That’s an improvement from the browns bi-annual coach change.
😂😭
Cmon now we’ve only had 18 coaches in the last 20 years. Annual is a stretch.
I like how many of the comments are them being ready to be hurt by this season, they had no idea.
You can tell Kevin is just sharper than Freddie was. Doesn't mean he's a better coach yet but I like the way he thinks and carries himself.
I totally agree, I would add I really like how Andrew Berry handle himself as well. They seem to be on the same page, at least for now.
Agreed, Kitchens was a nice guy and living persona of southern hospitality, but he was way over his head, and did not know how to micromanage.
Freddie was a moron and he even told you so . What a damn waste of a season .
Not very hard to be sharper than freddie
war eagle anyway
If the Browns perform half as well as the P.R. team does, this will be a good year. These folks do an amazing job with these videos. Hopefully we have football this year.
Go Browns! From Tacoma, Washington.
Jason Juhasz The Browns are offseason champions 19 years and counting. It’s what the Haslams are good at, promotion and selling slurpees. Running a football team? Not so good.
@@DAZ_SR thanks for your insight. You can now return to your Squealers.
Jason Juhasz amazing job. This should be a Netflix original.
Was going to say the same thing. Year after year gets me pumped during the off-season
Watch other teams docus and you soon rank the Browns in the bottom 3rd again.
Rebuilding the Browns: Season 20; Episode 1.
Jason underrated comment😂😂
lol
perfect
Some teams avoid being filmed for Hard Knocks because its a distraction. The Browns film thier own season if not asked....
Hilarious 🤣🤣
"A new beginning" LMAO. At this point it's like the beginning of tropic thunder with the scorcher trailers.
"Here we go again.... Again"
"Who left the fridge open?" 😂
@@smithnwesson990 LMAO!!
I feel that the browns should’ve kept John Dorsey as gm
@@nelsonpineda8047 we'll see how the new guy does. To your point though Dorsey did build a championship roster in KC that he's not getting any credit for.
Zack Hurwitz true still shocked the browns didn’t get a winning record with all the talent John Dorsey provided his 2 years as browns gm. the blame was Freddie kitchens as head coach
Should be called "Another new beginning"
Rogue Wookiee yeah i saw the title and said “how many new beginnings is this?”
"YET another new beginning"
it's a rebuilding year.
@@rachelmtree No it isn't
"A false hope"
In 2021 this was the best hire ever!
Watching this 9 Months later, awesome.
His children talk incredibly smart
robert colon you noticed that too😂😂😂 his daughters 4 and talks better than my 18 year old ass
Smart men find smart women to raise a family
Well behaved too.
The one little guy was like, ‘who’s the GM’? Give him a job now!
They’re wealthy. Private schools with a Mom who has time to raise them. Besides Trump, how many wealthy people do you hear that sound ignorant?
LOL, his son asked “Who’s the GM?”
Omega Man You are soooo right!
Omega Man his grandfather is a gm so I think that’s kind of a reach
WHOS HERE AFTER HE WON COACH OF THE YEAR?! 🔥🔥
Here after Kevin stefanski won coach of the year.
2:20 Jimmy Haslem is one of those guys that are waaaay to close while he talks, all in your personal space 😂😂
Does it on purpose, either intentionally or subconsciously in order to make you feel uncomfortable in his presence so he can exert his dominance/importance over you.
@Xinnie The Pooh mmm I've never found it effective on me usually I think less of the person as having some kind of lack of social intelligence, or that they're a dick.. and that they were lucky to be successful despite that.
@@danmicklethwaite5585 this.
I had a manager who did that - at first instinct it feels friendly but immediately your thinking brain is like "this dude is a fucking moron".
It’s clear that he doesn’t know what tf he’s doing😂shouldn’t be a owner
Call them space invaders
That's the most I've heard Depodesta speak. He and Berry are def on the same page. Stefanski's biggest strength is his aptitude for collaboration. This is the FIRST time the front office seems on the same page, AND has a formal strategy based in real numbers. I'm excited to see it! THIS is the year it gets turned around!
Said every Browns fan for every season of the past decade.
@@jg5050 NOT me! I said in 2019 they'd go 8-8, and they would've without a dipshit HC. Everyone in the media was happy, but I said it'll take another mindblowing offseason for that to happen. I like what they've done so far with free agency, but I still see a few voids that need filled. Primarily on defense. I think they should start Chris Hubbard at RG, and his contract incentivizes him to do so. After that, draft:
Rd 1: ROLB Isaiah Simmons
Rd 2: FS Winfield
Rd 3: DT Raekwon Davis
And trade any other draft capital for a starting LT; WAS and DET are options. Use 2021 picks too, if needed.
If that trade doesn't happen, draft the best LT to fall deep enough for CLE to snag him AND sign Jason Peters on a 1 yr deal. The only one of those players I think may not be available is Simmons, but if he's not there they can always trade the #10 pick for a war chest of future picks.
I'd also like them to take a good look at Clay Matthews and Eric Reid, esp if Simmons isn't available at # 10. They have the cap room and draft picks necessary to do ALL of the above, draft to perfection AND sign all those free agents. THEY NEED TO! But...for now, barring a phenomenal draft failure of epic proportion, this will be a playoff team.
My for real biggest fear as a Browns fan is that they FINALLY put it all together, then the entire season gets cancelled over COVID19. 😳 Let's hope not!
I can't figure out the role of Depodesta. He has been with the Browns for the last four or five seasons. I'm not sure what he does, and I'm not sure how he has managed to keep his job. Everyone around him has been fired.
@@neilryan4166 watch Moneyball. Jonah Hill plays Depodesta in that movie. He's the father of modern analytics in sports. His role, I presume, is to create the methods by which draft picks are valued vs free agents vs draft eligible players, and to weigh those values by both position value and monetary value regarding cap space. Basically...that's what analytics is. It's a system of measurement. VP/Scouts use that system w college players, Pres/GM use it w free agents and draft stock.
@@neilryan4166 the problem w Depodesta isn't him, it's his having been ignored. Sashi would use high round picks to make Hue happy. Dorsey would ignore character issues reported by scouts. That's just a couple examples, but you get the drift. The big change now is that everyone in the front office is ACTUALLY LISTENING to Depodesta and following his analytics model. So far, at least. If Berry NAILS this draft, Browns will be a top-10 team.
im proud of kevin stefanski and the entire cleveland browns team they accomplished so much this year # back to the playoffs
# DAWG POUND TIME
The difference between Stefanski and Kitchens is that the Players will buy into Stefanski a whole lot more.
His whole persona is "Winner" - Kitchens was "Fake it til You Make it"
Watch The players rally around him...
When AB and KS have disagreements they talk through it. If only all of our other regimes learned how to do that. Funny what the simplest of things can accomplish.
Glad to see Myles dinos are guarding his locker lol

@@coolj9496 actually 20-0 with the new cba
6-10 the browns suck,
I like your thinking. I don't expect it to happen, but I like it.
I cant wait until the new season starts.... I've been watching old highlights and I'm ready to get at it
Same here. It has given me the opportunity to see the likes of Ozzie Newsome and Webster Slaughter in action though. I have only took a real Keen interest in the Browns since about 2006.
jisovadisway4lyfe
All sports fans, in the world, appetite is building.. imagine if this is the 1st sport to go live.. imagine if the Browns ace the Draft, and Training Camp..
Oh, the anticipation.. to be on the biggest stage, and the biggest thing going
@@thesource479 Oh man I cant tell you what that would do for the city or #BrownsNation collectively were definitely due for a good season and a decent playoff run. The pieces are there...now we have stefanski in place to use those pieces like knights in chess, and not checker pieces like kitchens.... although I liked his swagger he just wasnt ready to run the show.
You'll be saying the same thing, next year lmao 😂😂😂
Panthers fan here, I just want to say this is a great production, wonderful insight, love watching these episodes.
jorge reyna right back at the panthers production lol, watched both last year
i remember watching this around the same time last year
at least the production team for their yt videos are top notch
Even the kids are questioning why the Browns didn’t hire the GM first
😂😂😂
Because when your coach hires the gm... The gm works for the coach and gets the players he wants and needs, and not the gm giving the coach players and saying "make it work"
hahahaha, gg
Lo 1X smart🗣
because that's how you get Bruce Allen in Washington basically
Watching the first episode to recap the start of this SURPRISING season😮
Who would have thought👏🏻👏🏻
Of course Haslam and his son-in-law come in with their handshakes, old boy greetings and fake smiles like the politicians they are. Stefanski is just like "can we get to work?"
I’m not a huge fan of the browns but this is still cool to watch
I'm excited, I get a good feeling about Stefanski and there is talent on the Browns roster. Anybody could see Kitchens was in over his head and got out coached. I believe we are going to finally turn the corner and become a winning football team. Go Browns!
I love coming back to these a year later and see how much confidence the new coach has just before disaster. Hue, Freddie and now this rube.
How's your plans to return gone this year? Or was that habit washed away by Ben's tears 🤣
These are terrific! Appreciate all the work to view this as a Browns fan.
Watching Kevin's children gives me a lot of hope for quality leadership. They seem extremely intelligent, disciplined, and happy. Some key features lacking from our football family.
corysagaming I agree so much so that I thought it would have been really funny to have his son come out an introduce his Dad. I truly think the kid could have pulled it off.
These hit differently being 4-1
Appreciate this look behind the scenes at the smart people leading the organization. Being a Browns fan my whole life has been invaluable as an organizational leader at my company. It's taught me how to deal with disappointment and how to always have hope. I raise my glass in optimism once more for 2020!!
A very well done video. Look forward to future episodes.
2:38 he’s pretending to write the pen unclicked. Great start.
They probably told him to just pretend to write something for the shot
yeah real "authentic" lol man. How hard is it to click a pen and just write something. Damn.
LOL my god, good eye!
Lmao poverty
@@zerofatzunlisted2140 whats he gonna "just write" on actual documents?
I’ve been watching UA-cam videos of Kyle Shanahan’s outside zone blocking scheme and if the Browns can learn how to properly execute it, look for Chubb to rush for 2000 yards, Baker to throw for 30+ TDs with less than 15 int’s, Hooper to catch a whole lot of balls, and Odell and Juice to have a lot of big plays.
So the browns super bowl? Holy shit
I believe Shanahan was a coach with the Browns several years ago. My understanding is that he left because he saw nothing but a toxic organization.
Hahahahahahaha. Pass that meth over here bro, must be some good shit.
He also left because Jimmy Haslem’s dumb ass tried to force him to play Manziel with whom Shanahan despised and rightfully believed that he had no business being on an NFL roster. Shanahan and Hoyer had a great relationship and he had Hoyer playing his best ball of his career
I feel Like this gonna be a Big Positive Change.
Love the attitude of the new coaches and also great leadership is everything !
Pumped for the future to watch the Browns !
From a vikings fan here, you got a great head coach with great attitude and loyalty. Hes hopefully gonna lead yout o a lot of victories. Good luck with him!
Why do the browns have the best production quality, maybe that's where all our money is going to.
Love how I recognize the office from Hard Knocks and Hue Jackson. Crazy instability in this organization.
Not a Browns fan but love this series. Extremely professional production. Hope they manage an above .500 season this fall. #GoPackGo

They’re more interested in drawing in fans then wining.
Good observation. I didn't notice that.
The contract is null and void!!

Brown n Orange because he was a former vikings offensive coordinator before he was head coach of browns
Looking forward to seeing Rebuilding The Browns.
I'm a 4th generation Browns fan. My family has deep, deep roots in Cleveland. We had season tickets when Jim and Otto were playing. I've been through too many coaches to get excited about Stefanski. However, I like the guy. I like what he did in Minnesota. There is something about the guy that I like and I don't know what it is. Hopefully, he can do something with this team because we have the talent now. Its about getting it all to work. I wish him well. We dont know how he'll react as a HC. But, if he succeeds in Cleveland we'll build statues honoring this man. Go Browns!

And we will do better next year! Hunt and Chubb are STILL getting better, Mayfield is too as you could see from the progression of last season to this season, and half of our losses were very close games, so I can see us making it to at least the conference championship next year!
I don't have a favorite team, but I am loving these shows. The equipment team one was awesome too. I think I will watch football this year and cheer for Cleveland. I went to Cleveland once and it was a nice city - maybe I'll be a fan of the Browns now. Coach seems very intelligent and I love the thought of leaving ego behind. Too many pro athletes play for the ME instead of the WE.
As a Vikings fan, you guys got a good one. The Browns are now my AFC team. LET'S GO SKOL DOGPOUND

I was born in 1999 and the only thing I had as a Browns fan to cling on to was 2020 (I was only 8 during their 2007 run so I don’t remember anything). I was so disappointed after the loss to KC but I knew we had a team and we weren’t going anywhere.
Today Dec 28th, the Browns clinched a playoff spot for the 2nd time in 4 seasons under Kevin Skefanski with a ton of injuries and 4 starting QBs (1st team to ever do it). He should be COTY not only for this incredible season but for getting our identity back after it being ripped away from us by Art Model.
Andrew Berry also plays roles in our Browns being amazing again. He hired Jim Schwartz and made our defense how they should have been for years. Without him we’d be missing man to man coverage left and right. Now we’re stoping teams like how we were in the 80s but better!
We can win it all this year and I’m all in for the ride. They truly are the pride of Cleveland again. Thank you Kevin, Andrew and Jimmy and most importantly… GO BROWNS!!! 🧡🤎🏈
Coming from a Vikings Fan. I liked Stefanski and I hope he finds great succsess. He brings a lot the table. He worked his way up on the Vikings staff the last I think 10 years or so. He coached a lot of positions and had the opportunity two work under a defensiv genies in Mike Zimmer and an offensiv guru in Clint Kubiac. With him should come a great offensiv scheme and I hope he can utilize Clevelands great Talent. I am hyped to see what cleveland can do with him.
SKOL Browns
Building the browns is the theme every year

2021 season with the expanded playoffs you’ll make the playoffs with a winning record no doubt
Who said that they are going to have a wining record?
DantheMan26 very good point lol. Maybe even 8-8 can get u playoffs with the new system
TimmyBoi 3000 True, I’m a Bengals fan so my life is equally depressing. I wish the browns good luck.

Stefanski was a good ass offensive coordinator & did a really good job calling plays for the Vikings they were one game from going to the Super Bowl this year... So yeah I got high hopes for the browns just hope they don’t let us down. I’m a patriots fan I was born there but I’ve lived in Ohio now most of my life & I’d love to see my browns finally do something, especially with this team they got frr
break my heart again please I can't wait for this season
Dorsey made too many picks based off emotion and talent, I appreciate that Andrew is more business first and putting the teams needs above anything else
Dorsey built the brown. He was not the problem
Nucleardawg he drafted Austin Corbett with plenty of other guards on the board, he drafted Antonio Calloway when he didn’t play for over a year, he traded zeitler for an aging declining pass rusher when the o line was already a weak point on the roster, he made some good moves but the roster was by no means perfect because of his negligence on some key areas
He got Baker,Ward & Chubb...his job was complete in my opinion..i wasn't mad at the organization for moving on from him or kitchens. We all knew kitchens would be shipped off if he didn't win...i believe this was a 2- 3 yr rebuild from the minds of the owners anyway
T he built a good core to build off of, but it was clear his radical trade and choice on personnel and coaching hires would never work long term for any organization, like I said he def made some good moves but his firing was very justified imo
Jay D trash? Even with being hurt early in the season Ward still had the 3rd lowest completion percentage in the league coming off a pro bowl rookie season.
Baker had his bumps and setbacks- could’ve been better if the head coach/ off. coordinator could play call.
Trash-is an overstatement when you don’t mention the circus surrounding the the offense and then folding.
We had one of the league leaders in rushing and couldn’t put it together. No tightend help, obj played hurt and couldn’t get separation. Not to mentioned the line couldn’t give Baker the time to read the defense before he took off for his life.
So many factors
Not even a Browns fan, but I’d love to see them do well
As a vikings fan I can only wish the best for the browns, I hope your new head coach treats you well.
can't wait till the season
