Ooh your redheads look stunning in your beautiful new dresses. Your pretty blue skirts are gorgeous too! 🥰 We’ve definitely all had projects like that where we have fought and fought to make it work! I’m glad you persevered and got them finished! 💪🏼😁 Thanks for another fun collab!! ♥️
Yup, sometimes those sewing machines just don’t want to cooperate with some fabrics. The pattern book looks great with wonderful patterns. Always fun to do a collaboration and try different patterns, and fun for the two sisters, and different size dolls n😊
You and Jay are so talented! Love this collab! Adorable dress even without the skirt underneath. I’m fascinated by the 3d printing. Have a wonderful day! ❤😊
So pretty! You did a great job and I think the dresses compliment their hair color so well! Really beautiful! And the blue skirt looks good to me! lol! 💚💙
They look really beautiful in their white dresses! Sorry to hear about the fight with the machine. Each of the items are still very nice pieces on their own. Good idea with the patterns in the pattern book too 😊👍
Hello Marna, you are the dream team 😊 sorry that you had trouble finding your fabric 😕 They both look adorable even though you had a fight with your machine. Pretty shoes 🥿 ❤
It can be so hard to work with tiny pieces on my sewing machine too! I used tissue, which helped some, but still, drove me crazy on this! With all the struggle, yours still turned out great.
Your girls look fab in their new dresses and you don't really need the skirt underneath anyway. I would imagine sewing with lace would be a nightmare so I'm not surprised that you had a fight with your sewing machine trying to do it. Despite that, you did a great job. Your Blythes remind me of those women on the covers of old pulp Gothic Romance novels who are always running from a spooky castle in the middle of the night because they realise they've accidentally married a vampire.
YESSS! Haha, I love your description of the gothic romance book scenario! Agreed! They always used beautiful people in beautiful dressing gowns for their covers, and these girls in their dresses really do fit that look 😊
Fun collab and interesting to see everyone's take on the same pattern. It's a shame that the underskirt wasn't long enough on the doll. I think the underskirt should have been made with an elastic waist so it would have been easier and fluffier instead of bulky. Everyone did a great job and loved ethe different color each of you chose. Take care.
I love this book - it's one of the first books I bought when I got into doll collecting but have yet to try to make anything from it because I'm such a beginner - haha, it's just a little intimidating. But love seeing you all make these designs! Good job Marna!!
@@DollsRescued hahahah! Yes I have noticed that but even the beginner patterns are intimidating to me. But I am inspired by you all to give it a shot. 😀
I searched for Muslim. SEARCHED. I asked the people in the FABRIC Stores. So....get this.....Yesterday.....the day this video came out.....I STUMBLE on fabric called Gauze.....IT. IS.. MUSLIM! I. ASKED. I described what I was looking for. So many levels of, "You won't believe this...."
Hi Marna, I use a light weight linen fabric to make dresses for my dolls. It its works really well, its easy to sew and the finish product looks like the pictures. You dud an amazing job 🙂
Thank you. Until the day OF the Collab, I could not find, what they now call Gauze, which would have made these outfits for sure. ;-) You are sure right, it makes such a difference. I did however, and used that Gauze for another project I started yesterday on my channel.

Thank you. If you notice, some of the Patterns say, 'for beginners', dive in, try it. You will be glad you did.

It's always an adventure when your sewing machine has a tantrum.
YES!~ It sure is. Thanks for watching.
You’re right… That does not look like Muslin. You could do your own tea staining. I’ve done that before and it’s pretty simple.
