Tanong lang po sir about sa last topic, Pwede mag apply ng Probation before the offender starts his sentence but within 15 days after conviction. Question po. Saan po ilalagay si Offender after conviction or saam siya mag stay while nag aantay ng 15 days?

Depende po kasi sa order ng court. May mga instances po na ang user is ordered to undergo rehabilitation in a drug rehab center supervised by DSWD. Pero in most cases, users being arrested are often put to jail
