I have a 2016 Silverado w/5.3L I installed a corsa sport exhaust 3 years ago & OMFG it sounds amazing. Every time I start it up I fall in love all over again.

I just installed AWE tuning OFG Exhaust on my’ ‘21 Silverado . Customer service is awful. I’m getting a rattle at certain rpm’s. The reviews and sound were great. Should have just went with Corsa like my last truck.

It should not. Only if any issue can be linked directly to the exhaust. You will be fine otherwise

Maybe his Silverado doesn’t have DoD. My 22 Silverado came without.
Chevy and Ford need to follow RAM's exits out the back, not the side. I hate to say this but it doesn't look good. Sounds great though.
How is when AFM kicks in? I know that can create some drone when it drops down to V4 mode.
The afm and dfm are not active on the 5.3 it’s in v8 all the time

When I ordered my 22 refresh the 5.3 did not have dfm or afm because of the chip shortage. That was a win for me

What year? I have a 21 and it’s a lot quieter than my 13 with the same setup plus one more cat. Both have the same setup flowmaster super 10 dumped. I’m bummed my 21 doesn’t sound as loud.

5.3 is a weak motor

@@labigq It's a difference enough for guys who want to show that speed and power. My wife would drive the
5.3 and the 6.2 the same as a daily driver, so for us, the cheaper cost & gas in the long run made the 5.3 a better
choice. Some people just want the biggest and baddest no matter what it is. It could be a 7.0L engine, and they'd
pick that over a 6.2. That's why Ram made the TRX, and why some people drop 100k on that.
But how many have 200k plus miles
@@laneblount9888 5.3's? Not sure. I don't think many people keep those cars after 200k. Like I have a Silverado 2500 Diesel. I can ask all day which 6.2L's have 450k on them....but not many people keep them after 250k. Engine might be good but they're falling apart everywhere else.
Ya, because nowadays you gotta have the bigger, more powerful truck than the guy at the stop light next to ya. It makes you feel good about yourself at that moment and not needing to feel insecure because the most important thing is looking/feeling good in your truck even when paying for diesel for a truck that won't see a trailer and burrowing yourself in debt with unnecessary things, now that's the smart thing to do.
