I am learning driving and for gear shifting I use 20, 40, 60 and 90 as points. Even though it worked for me well and I felt so comfortable while driving, I was a bit concerned regarding correct method and your video just cleared my all doubt.

Ravi I have been watching your video. I learnt to shift gears from you. Recently I have purchased new alto K 10 . Started driving independently taking care of everything. I have downloaded this video. I will watch it couple of times. I hope it will be helpful. As I have started shifting gears only from 1 to 2 and vice versa . After practicing for a couple if weeks I will start to shift to 3 too. Good video .Explained clearly with mechanism of car machine.

Super videos, which are very helpful to new learners. Some times the reverse gear is not responding, to get this over into first gear moving the forward, after that I apply reverse gear then it is responding. Why it is so?
I ve alto K10 vxi . Gear 1 jamped when gear shifting down from gear 2@10-15 km/h
For the downshift... Prefer slowing down to 5 kmph in order to go from 2 to 1. Be in second gear unless your car is in motion. Only downshift to 1st , if you come to a full stop or you are at a slope. Hope it helps! Drive safe, follow traffic rules😊👍🏻
This is good teaching...I am learning from one of my friends and he being not a good teacher usually says to me it will take a lot of time for me to learn the gear shifting...looks like this video will quicken that step...
