In this video we are spreading fertiliser and sowing grass seed. Plus a new addition to the machinery line up on the farm.

So glad I didn't buy a case, I used to have a case 4230 & I was constantly on the road to Tobin & Cantwells (who are really good mechanics) myself, no reason why a new tractor like yours should break down! Very happy with my Claas. Hope today's rain brings on your grass!

Good job that resseeding but hopefully you'll get plenty of rain. We did couple of years ago and it came dry for a month. Came up a bit patchy. But if you get rain will be powerful resseed

We put fertiliser and watery slurry out over the reseed.

Milk at 6:00 AM and 3:00PM

You mentioned the reseeded field got slurry. You mean before silage was cut? It certainly didn’t look like it had slurry on it when it was being reseeded. So it was not sprayed just saw fertilizer and lime?

It got a bit of slurry after silage but it was fairly watery stuff

How did the stitching turn out, were you happy with it?

It's coming up good but old grass getting strong. New grass should dominant after grazing I would expect. Update in next video
