Do you make your flowers ahead amd freez them before putting on the cake. As my flowers become very soft when i put them directly on the cake.

Sometimes I do. If you feel like your flowers are just to soft I would definitely recommend freezing them first.

Hey i have a wedding order where my clients need royal blue colour swirls on the cake of whipped cream. Now i am thinking i will try my best to colour it navy blue and then spray blue colour on top to intensify if needed. As we can't add alot of colour to whipped cream unlike buttercream and ganache i don't know how to get royal blue colour in swirls. I don't even have a spray gun.What do you think? I am really nervous about this and need your help as you did phenomenal work in the video.
