We had an amazing adventure beach metal detecting with Shawn from @DetectFlorida . Shawn was gracious enough to show us around, bring us to a few of his hot spots. We ended up scoring a nice items. This video is shot POV from our perspective for the entire trip.

Minelab Equinox 900, Nokta Accupoint Pinpointer, CKG Carbon Fiber Shaft & CKG Scoop, Nokta Legend, Garret Pinpointer
Minelab Equinox 900 Settings:
Beach Mode 1 & 2
Recovery Speed 5
Iron Bias 4
Sensitivity 21-23
Ground Tracking On
All Metal Mode
5 Tones
Nokta Legend Settings:
Mode: Beach mode Multi Dry (MD)
Recovery speed : 5-7 (depends how trashy the beach is)
Iron Filter: 4
Stability : 1
Ground Suppressor (GS): 0 (off)
BC (bottle cap rejection): 6
Audio Gain: 1 (anything higher on the beach the machine becomes really chatty)
Tones: Ptones
Tone Volume: Max (10) on all 1-60
Tone Frequency Notches 1-10: 1 (makes the 1-10 iron signals a deep grunt)
Tone Frequency Notches 11-60: 27
Tone Break: Default 1-10 Iron, 11-60 normal tones
Threshold: Default
Threshold Frequency: Default
Sensitivity: will vary but from 23-28 depending on the beach
Mode: Beach mode Multi Wet (MW)
Recovery speed : 5-6

Siesta key very nice. Harder sand a lot like Daytona but not quite as dense hard sand as Daytona. Very nice finds all the same.

There’s about 5 detectors per day at Siesta almost every day. You have to battle for those finds here but getting out and detecting is the best part.
Actually we didn't run into any other hunter which is surprising.

Awesome collaboration hunt. I’m in Va but vacationed there and hit those same white sandy beaches. I also found .50 cal bullets and shells some jewelry and coins. Thanks for the excellent content!😊

What kind of shoes are those? They look great! I detect the east coast between Boynton Beach to fort Lauderdale. Mostly the fort Lauderdale area. Love the videos

Those low numbers are deceiving most gold I have found has been around 16 but I get a ton of trash before I find any rings.
