How to Solve The Missing Xref Titleblock Issue in AutoCAD

In this video, I show how to solve the missing titleblock issue when trying to xref a sheet from another file.
If you the titleblock xref is correctly loaded, but it's not showing in the current file, it could mean that the original titleblock is drawn in paper space and not in model space.

How do you attach that title block in all paperspace? You just showed only one paperspace in this video.
