Hi Mia, make sure na e wear nimo imong aligners all days except kung mo kaon ka and toothbrush. Invisalign is very good especially for adults and naa man pud for teenagers. It will be worth it for you. Excited nko mahuman imong treatment and with bright beautiful smile. Ingon ana jud na Mia dili tanan aligners ihatag sa imoha kay para regular ka ma monitor and next visit nimo ana sa dentist tagaan napud ka sa imong additional aligners. May I ask if dentist na imong gi kita or specialist nga orthodontist? Ang shaving usahay towards the end nana sa imong treatment. TC ko anang invisalign mao ng naa koy knowledge.
