they are all over eBay, same packaging, basically everything you in this video, which makes me think that those are also fake EMG's, unless he paid a shit ton of money. They go for $300-325
@@john1105 Just becareful they might not be the same, there are many chinese factories claiming to do this model but they many would have flaws in the design, afaik i know Rareelectricguitars were the only ones to do it correctly. How do i know? cuz i researched it myself before contacting them and making sure they were the ones to do it. Also yeah the ``active pups`` that they send the guitar with are fake, but they are not that bad per se. i bought mine for like 530$ including shipping and asked them to reroute the guitar for me to put in EMGs 81/60. I also upgraded the bridge and tuners to GOTOH ones, all in all it costed me 730$ top. And now i have a well made EET FUK guitar :)
Hello, I am thinking of buying one since the MX 250 are over 20,000 dollars each, how much is the value of each of these? Compared to an ESP Custom Shop guitar, is there much difference? in terms of sound, quality of wood, comfort to the touch? and what upgrades did you do specifically? Thanks in advance
@@7HSVekTkSX At the time I paid roughly around $500 usd. I’m not sure how much they go for now. The wood is well crafted and comfortability is great in my opinion. Middle finger inlays are spot on. Mods I’d recommend if you do end up purchasing is obviously better strings, pickups, bone nut and tuners.
Is your snakebite from rare to ? Or is it a legit Ltd? Also the pickups how do you know for sure they are legit EMG's? I see fake ones on Ali all the time. There should be a sticker on the bottom of them.
Cool unboxing. I pretty much got the same guitar except mine has the dot inlays and bound fretboard. Going to gut it completely and add my own real EMG 81s and Tone Pros black hardware as well as full fret level and re-crown and polish. Can’t beat it for the money! 👍🏻
would you recommend getting a guitar replica of this from China for about $300 ? i just want it to sound good, of course it wont sound like the real deal, but something you can say "hell yeah that sounds pretty awesome!" i want this guitar so bad but don't want to spend a crazy amount of money. If you have ever played plus 800€ guitar, then this will be disappointment. It plays like 300$ guitar at it's best, and that is after luthier have had busy week with that thing. My biggest mistake was getting that, just buy ltd snakebyte or something instead. After you play custom shop esp for first time, you will burn that china fake, trust me on this😂
I can't find the website now but I have purchased 3 explorers mx250s from them and had nothing but fantastic dealings with them. They do everything you ask and set it up just how you want it. They're amazing and the guitars are top notch.

Noway they out real emgs in it. i have no idea how to fit the battery. Might have to get passive ones. Would love if you could find the custom shop

There aren’t much replica LTD snakebytes, mainly just ESP copies. The fake EMGS on Ali are usually just “pick up” covers

Those emgs are 81 85 you can tell by the gold anf silver logos in them 81 60 are silver and blueish gray
