@@ghaithe.h.3487 my apologies. I'd forgotten it due to to some buay schedules.
Actually Persian is not my mother tongue and adding to it, the poetical language is a bit more complex to do justice with, while translating it in to any language. Let me try to translate it in plain text, knowing that it won't exactly be what the great poet Nasir Khusraw would have wanted to say through the translated verse, yet a try..
Trans of Verse 1.
Ali (RTA) was all my soul, so my beloved one was Ali.
My pain reliever was Ali, so the healer was all Ali.
Verse 2.
If you've faith in one God, say about it, express it.
As the esoteric form of the Quran was none but Ali.
(poet may want to say, if you don't know much about Quran, refer to Ali, as He is the one to explain the esoteric essence of Quran).
Verse 3.
Ali was there as the first so was he, the last, when it comes to translate and explain the actual meaning of Furqan (another name of Quran).
Verse 4.
Shariyat (existing practices and principles of islam taught by Prophet Muhammad SAWS) was the way to reach the level of Tareeqat (spiritual guidance and practical way connecting to God),
But through Haqeeqat (being in a state as you'd see God Almighty without barriers, through ones' own way of finding God within) if anyone could've found God, was none but Ali.
Verse 5.
O, ye Come and seek to know the secret of the square (of the ground, most likely refers to the battlefield).
You'd know that the owner (winner) of the game (polo/battlefield) was none but Ali.
(poet may relate it to the bravery of Hazrat Ali in the battlefield, notablly in the battle of Khyber when prophet SWS had asked him to lead as knight)
Verse 6.
The universe of sea woud destroy, the oceans would be broken down, if it was the will of Muheet (a name God Almighty).
After all if you'd found the devine sovereign of diamond, jewells and all gemstones, would be none but Ali.
Verse 7.
How dare you be a diver in the sea if you know the depth,..
He, who was in the deep down (the depth of deep ocean) as unseen, unrevealed, was Ali.
