Here's minor spoilers, so read at your own discretion: This is an anime where some people essentially have superpowers. Mori, the man in the red scarf has Elise, the blonde girl as his superpower. She's sort of like a guardian fighter. The catch? He can change her appearance and attitude into something he finds sexually attractive. What this video is doing is comparing Elise to the two other people, both who had known Mori when they were children.
