I think they restricted themselves by adding that basketball court otherwise this can be probably be avoided. It is a novelty home so I suppose it works out for what it is

My sentiments exactly. You would usually say the bedroom has a bathroom en suite - this is now a bathroom with a bedroom en suite 😜. I also don't see any cupboards for clothes. The set of drawers won't hold much. I suppose they could move all their beds into the basketball court if they felt claustrophobic 🤔.
One of the best shipping container house layouts I have ever seen. The idea of creating the additional living/recreation space between the two lower units is truly awesome.
If this was my home,I’d totally get rid of the basketball court and convert the whole area as a master bedroom with bath tub and walk in closet with French Doors leading into backyard space. Build a fire pit area with lounge chairs. The small bedroom would be replaced and converted to office space with desk and whatnot or vanity make up room. That would make the space are more functional and practical. Other than that, a beautifully designed place!
Just remember this, one thing people never tell you when they build a shipping container home, you have to reinforce the ceilings and walls with steel beams. It becomes more expensive than they actually tell you.
I literally drew a complete floorplan in just 11minutes.... I see myself living in this piece of beauty . This is literally the best one I've seen this year aside from the Cliff Hockings one .Keep up the great stuff Levi .
Can i see the plans also? without the basket thing, i will use the 1s floor for an big room and an closet, and then will do an open space as an "varanda" to the room.
The owners of this property and the other shipping containers air bnb just get it right! Literally no other container or barndo homes on the internet compare ( and I've seen alot)! Fabulous job!👍

Black painted steel - a nice way to keep the home cool in the summer! And a nice way to contain heat in the winter because black color is the right color to prevent heat from leaving a building, an especially a metal building!

Love U shapes homes like this. Growing up, our neighbors across the street had a U-shaped mid-century modern house and the U had a pool in it and there were windows lining the whole U so you could see the pool from anywhere in the house.
The layout is interesting. I just wonder how this would be without the basketball court. Personally, I would open that area up between the other sides. Possibly bigger bedrooms.
Same. I'd make the bedrooms bigger, so the 'court' wouldn't be so wide. And then, as I love books and music, the basketball court would become a central library/den space.
The basketball court is a nice touch especially how it's divided so nobody has to go to the ER after an airball knocks them unconscious...that and the hot tub...i would be happy as a clam with those 2 amenities:) good find Kelly's

If it were mine there are 2 things I'd change: -bedroom access from basketball court so you're not locked out (or in) when someone's in the bathroom -bunk beds in one of the rooms. I assume most people going there will be parents with kids, a bunk bed would fit better in the narrow bedroom for the kids and they don't have to share a bed

This is my most favorite tiny home ever. I have watched this video at least 10 times. I am probably going to have this built because I could run my business in the middle where the basketball court is located. Just love it!!!

My opinion...a perfect house! Just the right size! Basketball court right there is fun and great exercise! Could also move some gym equipment on the court! I would LOVE to live there full time! I could be productive, and comfortable in a place like this.
This is beautiful, I want the same except I would change the layout of the basket court so I have bigger bed rooms on both sides. Instead of a basket ball court I would have a gym instead. I love the colors and layout on the outside. The kitchen is perfect the living room I would have my favorite colors but it's overall beautiful wow.

Hocking hills has so much to offer with your waterfalls and your hiking trails and you're swimming and fishing areas absolutely beautiful all year round . We camped at Old Man's cave all the time as a child and lake hope absolutely beautiful areas check them out.

That is more like it . I keep saying they need to make these places 1000 to 1200 sq feet. That keeps a place small but still confortable where you can actually live normally but economically.
Should wrap the face boards and gable boards with aluminum so you never have to worry about constantly staining them same with the support posts on the porch.

The exterior design is beautiful, I love how the white oak stands out. The dinning table and the chairs together are a perfect match. 😍
That is more like it . I keep saying they need to make these places 1000 to 1200 sq feet. That keeps a place small but still confortable where you can actually live normally but economically.

There was nothing master about the bedroom too narrow other than that perfect

Should wrap the face boards and gable boards with aluminum so you never have to worry about constantly staining them same with the support posts on the porch.
