True. But there are few exception drama that i accept FL n ML together.
1. Because the guy show how much he regrets it..
2. He is also deepky hurt by what he did to FL.
3. He apologize n redeem himself in away that i can accept.
4. He punish th villain n give her as much pain as what FL go through.
5.there is a line that he could never cross when he become scumbag. Dont be stupid, always manipulated untid the last 10 mins, then only u realise the truth. Even that is because FL show all the proof. Urgh I just hate that stupid ML who always boast how powerful he is but only use his power to abuse FL n not even onve try to investigate things on his own.
6. Somehow even after knowing th truth he shamlessly, or easily ask to the FL to forgive him as if everything is so easy. I feel like he never truly feel remorse.
This guy not deserve it. He never investigate. Then when he saw his ex try to be someone he look down on her saying she is only a housewife.. I hate it.

I could be wrong but, I don’t remember him actually saying the words “I’m sorry”. He wanted her forgiveness, but it didn’t feel like he owned his part in what happened. Sure, he was misled by the scheming mistress and his crazy mom, but so much of it was choices HE made. He didn’t like the result, but couldn’t be bothered to acknowledge specifically and repent for what happened to her and his part in it. - I’m sorry I didn’t believe you. I’m sorry for the baby. I’m sorry I had an affair. I’m sorry I let my mistress torment you. I’m sorry that my mother abuse you. I’m sorry I didn’t fulfill my previous promises.
It made me sick when he had the flashbacks of all the sweet promises he made and then obviously never fulfilled, and then he had the audacity to make the same promises and say “this time”!! You had your chance buddy, and it was worth sh!t to you. No one forced him to be with the mistress and rub his wife’s face in it. Altogether he was cruel and it was unreasonable to expect her to forgive him.
And then there’s his mom. They were married for years, so I find it very hard to believe that he didn’t notice how badly she treated the FL. While he did cut ties with his mom and send her away, that was just to keep her out of jail. Based on how resigned he seemed to her in the hospital I can totally see him caving before too long and convincing the FL to let her back. Though I sure as heck wouldn’t want her toxicity around my child!
It’s sad. She basically had the whole world open up to her. Rich and powerful family who loved her, basically unlimited resources, career opportunities, a miracle baby, and the possibility to find a much better man. And instead she limited herself. I know when he takes her to the old room it was supposed to be romantic and reminiscent of the past, but to me it felt claustrophobic and cramped. Almost like he was putting her back in a cage she had already escaped from. If it were me, I’d have taken my baby and lived a fabulous life somewhere else!
Well said! Brava! You hit the nail on the head. Apparently, Saying “I’m sorry” is just too much for these male leads who would rather just say that they want a second chance, that they will force the female lead to love them, that they are the only one they can love…
The male leads in these stories almost never actually take responsibility for their own actions and choices. They just blame it on everyone else-as if believing someone else’s lies somehow justifies their abuse! It doesn’t.
I don’t think the misogysniric writers are capable of creating a story with a strong female character who has enough self love and self respect that she doesn’t go back to the toxic abuser who hasn’t really changed. That would mess with their sexist propaganda that women should expect and accept abuse and forgive everything (even when the man has shown little evidence that he is sorry or has changed).

@stephanien6237 You are so right! I really wonder at these writers sometimes, and it’s kinda scary that it’s not just one or two shows like this, but SO many with this content. It’s sad when it’s accepted that it’s okay and only natural for the man to cheat, and that a video of an assault will ruin the victim rather than the perpetrators. I know that they are common themes in these types of shows, but I keep watching in the hopes that I’ll find those rare instances that don’t rely on them. Meanwhile I leave comments praising the good and criticizing the bad to hopefully influence change.
1:33:17 he did say sorry here. Translations were whack but what he said was I'm sorry x2. But I still don't like how they patch up cause there was a new baby n he saved her life and he did some form of bringing her back to their gd memories. The biggest thing being she didn't need him and his character seemed weak

I like how the ML tries and tries again to make up for his mistakes. I also like how the FL won't budge at all to his chasing. It's cool, like about 30 minutes of it. In other drama, it's like 5 seconds of I am sorry and both made up, but in this one, even after the stab wound, she was still strong and kicked him to the curb by saying she forgives him but it doesnt mean they could get together. But in the last 2 seconds, she says maybe, and that's good for me...😅😅😅
What gets me is the audacity of the mistress with the wife and her telling the wife that she'll get the ring and wedding that the wife never got from the ex hubby. That's not the wife's fault. It's the MLs fault. The wife should have told her to talk to the ML WHY he never got her those things. If he can cheat on his faithful, loving wife just wait till it happens to her. I would have let him marry that tramp THEN gave all the evidence. As for taking him back...HELL NO! Time and again he trampled on his wife's dignity for the mistress. It's pretty clear that he's sleeping with her already too. I don't mind her using him to get pregnant again but to never go back to him. Give the kid her surname. He chased her, he proposed to her, and he made the vows and promises to her and time and again broke them. Yeah, it's plain to see he's just trash and so is the mistress and his mom. The wife has true talent and is the better person. I will say that I like her revenge on them. She helped build him up so she helped tear him.down. it's quite ironic and karmic. It's also quite funny how upon occasion he thought of the good times he had with his wife. Snort! Well ain't that a shame. She loved him enough to make sacrifices fir him but he didn't deserve her and her goodness. I would have liked a stronger 2nd ML to have her couple of with and just leave the ML to his regret and misery.

@@Soluna2904 to each his own. He still blatantly cheated on his wife but kept calling her a mistress and allowed his mistress to humiliate and abuse her. I my book that is unforgivable. To me it appears thst he wants her back because of her higher status. He didn't care that she was kicked out of the house in the pouring rain having miscarried their baby and didn't care that she was alive or dead. Nope is my final answer.
Alright I can watch now and being irritated because of some stupid actions like forgive and forget and lets start over. They always forget "Leopards do not change their spots".

I'd like to see these actors in something else. I found them to be interesting, but this story was alarmingly stupid/unsatisfying. The ml was gross and stupid. The mil was nasty and stupid. The fl didn't get enough dignity and ended up with her abuser. The evil villain had some weird dubbing thing going on. Yeah, no...

Просто сейчас ему выгодно вести себя так, поскольку был практически разорен, а у бывшей жены статус оказался неожиданно высоким. Нет веры предавшему мужу, при том не один раз за несколько лет супружеской жизни. За такие "ошибки" должна приходить полновесная кара, зачем верить цветочками и лишать себя полноценной активной жизни в угоду подлецу.😮 Что то не видно сценариев с всепрощением введенной в заблуждение жены, изменяющей мужу и при этом третирующей его😂

In C🎭🎭🎭 when the writers have the FLs to forgive the unforgettable, they are telling their viewers that all of the horrible things that she/they endured were all their fault🤔. Throwing the wife out of the hospital and forcing a divorce after suffering a miscarriage would be too much for any woman to say that the past is the past and all is forgiven🤔. It would be obvious to any fool that the woman would be suffering from depression and misery from the cruel way she was being treated. The husband and his mother offered FL no comfort just expressing that she was a useless hen who couldn’t no longer lay eggs which is truly an inhumane way to describe a woman🤬. For once in C-🎭🎭🎭 just wish they would actually have the husband/family show some empathy and sympathy toward the motherless victim and the separation of marriage could be done with dignity and class🤔

Initially the ML tortures the FL, thinking she aborted his child but it was the 2FL that did that..his mom also hurt the FL and forcibly took fingerprints on the divorce papers..so the mom gets it too.the son aka ML, upon knowing this severs his relationship with his mom.he then works hard to win the love of his ex-wife,our heroine..though it is an open ending shown, it seems he will win her heart this time, as she looks happy..but the satisfying part was where she gave it to him thru sharp words, slaps and made him work like a driver, after the FL's brother brings the ML's company down..so all ends well and it seems the ML/FL will get back..so watch it once without fear of kidnapping,abuse or murder, that we see in other drams._*

In this drama, what comes around goes around. Why is it so easy to threatened her by grabbing her neck and there are no guards around. They so easily humiliate her with no repentance even when mercy was given in giving his mother the only medicine by FL’s company. She should make it conditional that if he doesn’t want his mother to go to jail, then stay away from her. ML’s mother has a bad attitude against the FL from beginning to end.

Even though her char is written so nonsensical strong and all ,she lags .....like in the crying scene where the ML got the knife or when ML just princess hugged her after all the humiliation...... In these kind of stories, I think the ML is evil than the SFl.... starting career from the scratch with the fl but later abandoned her without even believing her or Asking her. Then the FL got rich, ML just gets attracted to her......maybe that's the first but will say, he loved her from the beginning..... and then put blame on SFL!!!!
