look, this is how you animate objects or your videos if you are looking for the keyframe button on pc then it is located on every adjustment right side. just like mobile it looks like diamond, you will find it you can watch some pc tutorial.
It's probably bc your capcut is lagging, idk if it has smth to fix it but try to add filters, adjusts, effects... After you put the clips in the correct place adjusted to be in the beat

I once looked it up because i was suffering the same on tiktok and turned out tiktok doesn't support anything above 1080p and export at 4k I don't if it's true or just my device is weak but when i exported at 1080p it didn't look as bad as when i did 2k/4k I don't know if the same applies to yt tho

Because some of the clips are not compatible with 60 fps and they will lag more than if you put them at 30 fps.
