- We're starting and Needles, California and the tourist Ghost Town of Oatman, Arizona; which has some adopted burros that the prospectors left behind. Then Goldroad, Kingman, Mineral Park, Chloride, Phoenix, and Tucson, where we'll see West Saguaro National Monument and the movie set ghost town of Old Tucson, Arizona-Sonora Desert Museum, and San Xavier Mission. Next, a trip south to Tubac, Tumacacori Mission National Historic Park, Arivaca Junction, Arivaca, Oro Blanco, Ruby, Nogales, Patagonia, Harshaw, Mowry, Duquesne, Washington Camp, Sunnyside, Parker Lake, Sonoita, Canelo, and Greaterville. Then, we'll see East Saguaro National Park, Sabino Canyon, Tucson's Reid Park Zoo, and west to another movie ghost town called Mescal. Then Benson and the tourist ghost town of Tombstone.

west saguaro nat. monument is in my back yard.but i did not know of the places north of phoenix.thank you for this video.now i can go visit these places.
I understand that there is also a strip of Ghost Towns between Bumble Bee and Congress in the gold mining area South of Flagstaff. Even Swansea is interesting, but it's over a lot of dirt roads. I want to videotape all these places, the Lord willing, if I can ever get back to Arizona again.
