It happened to me once... the vessel was 6 year old...according to PMS the valves have been overhauled...but in reality they never been overhauled for 6 years..and one of the valves stucked in the cylinder cover !!! The fuel injection valve was leaking fuel and all the engine crew tryed our best to unstuck the valve but unfortunately we couldnt...so we managed to disasemble all the parts of the valve while valve was still there stucked ... and we replaced all the o-rings and new spring..and we fixed the problem ...but therefore the valve body must be unstucked...to do that , you have to take out the cylinder cover , lie it down and try to find something long to punch the valve from inside out .
