Blurry Colours I'm too a kiwi but his small budget independent films are much better like Boy or Hunt of the Wilderpeople. I think the movie was alright, I think script is much better than your normal Thor film, it has much more heart into it and feels more distinct. But still feels bland like majority of the MCU films except for some alterations with the script the movie is really consequence free and people join with Thor for some of the most superficial reasons. Even though it seems like it does have consequence it really doesn't feel like it, because this movie is such a tontally shift and it's Jarring. Like compare this to that dream sequence in age of ultron and you wonder was this the same movie that was set up.
Nerd Zone! Hmm yea I was kind of hoping this movie didn't go too far down the humour track. I really wanted some game changing set up for infinity war much like winter soldier did for age of ultron. Ah well Im still happy for Taika and hope that his future work will now get noticed a lot more!!
I think the "Get Help" scene with Thor and Loki got the mix of emotion and comedy spot on. It gave you that heartfelt, emotional exchange between the 2 characters, then let it linger ever so slightly, then broke the tension with comedy that highlighted a strong memory of something they used to do as children. Personally, I think it was one of the strongest written scenes in the movie in terms of intricacy and execution
+FerociousPaul, that was actually a layered joke where Thor said Loki knew he loved snakes, and as he picked it up to admire it, Loki turned back into himself and stabbed Thor.
I saw it yesterday, it was so good. I didn't like the first movies, It thought they were boring. But this one was fun and refreshing. A perfect balance between comedy and action. Obviously the best thor movie and also one of my favorite marvel movies. Amazing review as always!
Thor was funny but it had big issues with the plot and seemed a bit mushed and a mess at times but it wasent bad... compared to wonder women and spider man homecoming it was not that good of a film. It was an enjoyable film and a fun film to watch with friends but Def not movie of the year
REDcrush 2049 I never understood the love for Wonder Woman. I mean I didn’t leave the theater depressed because I paid money for it like Batman v Superman or Suicide Squad but it wasn’t that great either. The slo motion was overdone, the secretary is annoying, the third act was poorly done, a villain shoehorned into a movie that more than other films, didn’t need one. It’s just okay. It’s definitely better than the other dceu films but it’s nothing special. Logan and Thor Ragnorok I enjoyed more.

The movie was fucking fun from beginning to end. The entire audience was into it and laughed their asses off. Gave it a full applause at the end and everything. I want to see it again.
Also, when Thor lost his eye, there was no blood. When someone's eye gets gauged out in real life, blood will usually squirt out. That eye loss scene was pretty underwhelming TBH.
Loved this film so much!!! Immigrant song is great, the best of zeppelin, really made the fight scenes badass adrenaline rushes and it's really relevant of course with it being about the vikings, saw it form my birthday and it was the best present I could've asked for! Even the cameo from Stan was great! Normally I love the cameos because of Stan, but just the encounter alone would've been great even if it was a normal person, I loved this a lot, love planet hulk, was surprised by how different Sakaar was, but it didn't bother me at all
Man I've been waiting so damn long for this review! Saw the movie last week. I absolutely loved it. Lord of the Rings meets Star Wars meets Marvel. Top 5 MCU movies easy imo
"looks nothing or remotely close to lotr" Spoken like a true idiot that didn't watch the movie. Hela arrived in Asgard and beat the shit out of Asgardian army pretty much has the LOTR-vibe to it.
+feyzal92 I'm pretty sure lotr wasn't an overblown parody of the source material. Lord of the rings was a heavy drama with spectacle that has weight. Not some 80s saturday morning cartoon.
What's your main point again? Thor Ragnarok has few elements from LOTR with the Asgard scenes, it has a vibe to it but no one try to compared LOTR with Thor Ragnarok in terms of overall tone and structure or even at the same level of it. You're literally missed the point and you don't even understand it, might as well just shut the fuck up. Not surprised coming from someone that his channel filled with hate on MCU.
Ragnarok is easily the best Thor movie and might be the best Marvel movie. I'll never understand why so many people hated it because it's so brilliant and well done. Glad to see more people appreciating it.
Critics and box office strongly suggest any haters are in the minority. Personally, I thought there was a smidge too much humour but that still didn't stop me loving the hell out of this movie.
There seems to be 2 groups of people when it comes to Thor in the MCU, those who liked his first 2 movies and his character pre Ragnarok and thought Ragnarok ruined him and those who didn’t really like his first 2 movies or his character and thought Ragnarok was exactly what Thor needed, I’m part of that 2nd group, I was not a huge fan of Thor’s character beforehand and did not like either of his first 2 movies, but I thought Ragnarok was great
@@benm5970 wouldnt say it ruined him but i can see the complaints ragnarok is basically their armaggedon and everything is a joke about it asgard is destroyed and korg makes a joke. And this thor is nothing like the comics he’s basically mcu star lord
I feel we shouldn't judge a movie by what we would have liked it to be or what we expect but we should judge based on what it is. Thor Ragnarok is a comedy. We were told it was going to be a comedy. A light humoured fun over the top space adventure. Going into the movies expecting something dark and serious and then being disappointed because it was exactly what they told you it was going to be. Then complaining and judging the movie based on your preconceptions rather than on what the director wanted you to experience doesn't seem very fair. This movie should be judged as a comedy. If it wasn't enjoyable. Wasn't funny. Wasn't adventurous or colourful, Didn't make you smile or laugh or didn't have a good story THEN you can call it a bad movie. If the director in this case Taika Waititi sat down and said I'm gonna make Thor Ragnarok a funny and enjoyable movie that doesn't take itself too seriously and the movie hits the mark and delivers EXACTLY THAT. Then it deserves a good score. It fulfilled its purpose. I agree with Chris on this one. The simple fact is Thor Ragnorak did and was exactly what it said it was going to be. My score: 8.0/10
All these fucking Marvel movies are comedies. What the fuck are you you talking about? Is it too much to ask that at least one of these things have real steaks? Anyway, no matter how I look at this movie it looks like shit to me.
+DefectiveConscience Obviously you are one of those that thinks it's cool to hate on Marvel, because your arguement is one you threw for the sake of hating on Marvel, since it is false. For example, The Incredible Hulk, every Captain America film, Avengers 1 & 2. You would simply be wrong to call any of those a comedy, because they are far from it.
The character arcs did it for me. Each character moved so well through the movie. Thor got smarter, wiser and stronger. Hulk/Bruce Banner had lost himself and by the end had control over himself again. Val got over her demons and got revenge whilst also remembering that she does care for her home. Skurge put everyone before himself. And our beloved Korg finally got the revolution he dreamt of (if only his mum was there to see him
gosh finally ur review came.. was waiting for it.. the best reviewer out there.. no spoiling nothing..even if u r spoiling u tell in advanced... Love your videos.. Regards from INDIA
You didn't mention Tom Hiddleston. The scene with Odin calling both him and Thor "my sons" and Loki being surprised to still be considered his son was so good. And there was this scene in an elevator with him and Thor where Thor tells him he can stay on Sakaar because he knows he doesn't want to come back on Asgard. Loki is visibly sad about that. I think there is so much more to be said about his character, I know this was Thor's story and there was a lot of important stuff going on that needed screen time, but it really annoyed me at one point how they brushed off Loki's sad moments with jokes. Here I disagree with you Chris, there were too many jokes, I liked the movie in general but they exaggerated with the jokes, some scenes would have been so much better without what seemed to me to be forced humor.
I dont understand why they kill off The warriors three like if they didnt meant nothing...they had a major role in thor 1 and some screen time in thor 2 plus they were friend of Thor almost his entire life
Franz that's one of many issues I have with the film. They were interesting characters from the first 2 movies and reduced to background characters who die instantly.
I couldn't help but notice that this video was sponsored by Full Sail University. As a former student, I feel that I should advice anyone looking to enter FSU to really think about their decision. FSU is not like any other school out there. It's a very accelerated program where you are expected to already possess a somewhat advanced skill set. If you're unprepared or fresh out of high school, you should take a leap year and get a job to prepare you for FSU. That's what Full Sail is like. It's more of a work environment than it is a school with a rather draconian attendance policy. You miss 1 day of class and don't have a valid excuse, its an automatic fail and you must pay to retake the class in full, upwards of $1200 for a one month class. You are expected to learn and grow in skill in a very accelerated rate, but I should also mention that most of the instructors are very helpful and supportive. They understand your struggle and will do all they can to help you improve. Case in point, if you fail a class because your artwork wasn't up to snuff, you'll retake the class completely free of charge. Full Sail is a tough school, they don't fuck around. The drop out rate is sky high (I'm one of them) and It takes a great level of commitment to see it through to the end. If you decide to go to FSU, commit to it, treat it as if it were your job, and you will succeed. I'm not bashing Full Sail. I genuinely think it's an amazing school and if you make it to the end, you will be among the best in your respective industry. Just know what you're getting into, don't make the same mistake I did and go in blindly. I highly recommend any potential Full Sailors to ask about the Extended Program, it takes an extra year to graduate, but you only take one class per month (they're 8 hours long) and you'll have enough time to commit and truly give it your all. The guys at FSU really are great and they'll do everything in their power to help you succeed, but you must give it your all.
Hate to say this because I know Chris means well, but I was a student at Full Sail University and I have to say from experience, it is a SCAM. They are financially shady and put you into a HUGE debt. My suggestion would be to find a community college or affordable uni and get a degree in their film department and then join IATSE.
This needs to be higher. There are far less expensive paths into the film industry. You can get a decent leg up on people if you just absorb everything you can from the film school of the internet and attend a cheaper in-state school.
I graduated from Full Sail in 2013 and it is certainly not a scam. There are some truly incredible instructors working there and the programs they offer really are pretty top notch. The career development department was also an enormous help to me post graduation - they still keep in touch with me 4 years later. Emphasis on the help part.. I worked my ass off as a student and in the industry right out of the gates. Full Sail (or any other school out there) does not put students into debt. Taking on debt is a personal choice. Having said that, I also can agree with you partially. There are definitely other education options out there that should be weighed in consideration equally. It is not a decision to be taken lightly. Don't jump into a highly competitive industry if you're not sure it's something you want as more than a hobby. Not trying to invalidate your feelings or opinion on Full Sail, but I think any potential students should hear both sides. I also went for Audio, so I am limited to my experience in that program.
More like Aku is dressing like Hela because Hela has been around in the comics longer than the Samurai Jack series and she has always dressed like that.
I know you get paid to advertise for full sail, but as a former graduate, I would recommend staying away from this school. A lot of false promises, you spend a lot of money and your not guaranteed a job. Only about 1% of those who graduate actually get a job.
The Vindicator This is so true! Although to be fair, most Bachelor of the Arts degrees have poor job placement no matter what field of concentration a student decides to aim at in the end. (Like English and History teachers, for instance... for every one job there are 400+ applicants, and some aspiring education majors get stuck working as teacher's aids and in daycare centers making nearly minimum wage). So yeah... anyway... FSU has a final pricetag of $75,000+ for a degree in film studies
Hate to tell you this is true about most schools unless you go to a trade school. I know multiple people with their masters degree in various fields that can't get a job in that career field due to lack of experience.
in this day in age no need for public advancing in school any more. unless it's academic teaching, the law and medical fields. as for most other fields, your better off doing teaching yourself and gain experience that way.
Danny The Critic And had Frodo stayed on the eagle all the way to mount doom, that would have been a much shorter book/film :-). To me they just took something that was known by fans, and everyone who liked the 1st time these two got it on in Avengers. There was a little too much humour for hardcore Thor fans, but I think they made a very fun romp of a film.
It's funny that you mentioned Winter Soldier when one of the criticisms I've heard for this movie is "We want less Marvel movies like Guardians of the Galaxy and more like Winter Soldier." My question to all the people who thought Ragnarok should have been a dark, end of the world epic is, who the hell would have cared once Infinity War comes around? If every Marvel movie is super grave and dark and serious and intense, Infinity War will be less of an epic conclusion and more of just the same.
Well, that means Infinity was HAS to be a very dark, end of the world epic. I have my doubts about that. I think Infinity War is likely to have more the same tone as Thor: Ragnarok than it will with Winter Soldier. And Infinity War, in my mind, should be darker than Winter Soldier.
Lady Marmalade well the thing is it would have made the hype for infinity war even higher. We've had nothing but nonstop comedies for a while now even in movies where it shouldnt have been like doctor strange. People are tired of it and want a more balanced film. I've hated the marvel movies since they've gone this comedy route. Ever since age of ultron. Civil war was the last serious marvel film.
"It would have made the hype for Infinity War even higher." Yes. And when movies get overhyped, they end up being disappointing. They can't endlessly produce earth-shatteringly serious movies one after the other and make each *even more dramatic* than the last. Eventually, you can't hype anymore. You get desensitized to the supposed threat, and the drama just becomes over the top and not convincing.
Lady Marmalade and when movies are hyped, they sell more tickets. Also, I like how u just assume infinity war would live up to the hype. Who's to say it won't?
You can't make a 100% serious movie when you are in a world like the one marvel created. I'm with Stuckmann here and I think marvel should just make fun movies that are self aware of how over the top they are.
Frank Carter it wasn't electricity, if you notice his veins turned purple when the device was activated, electricity doesn't do that, neuro toxin does.
I don't like it that the fact that if its fun, it is a good movie. It's as if those jokes covered up the flaws of the movie. This movie doesn't deserve the praise it gets. Felt nothing like a superhero movie, more like comedy popcorn flick. I'm RELIEVED by the fact that Infinity war and Black Panther wouldn't be like this.
While I enjoyed this movie I think there was simply too much emphasis on humour. Every single joke in the movie was hilarious but there were times when I wished during a serious scene that there wasn't three or four ridiculous jokes in a row. Also a bit of a shame that such a talented actress like Cate Blanchett was such a boring, generic MCU villain. You could tell she did her best and she was clearly loving being a villain but yet her introduction was very forced and her ambitions were the same as every other villain in most Marvel films. After almost ten years the only two great villain portrayals have been Tom Hiddleston and Michael Keaton (though Jeff Bridges and Kurt Russel were well above average)
Jeff Bridges was excellent, a nice villain to kick start the MCU. Imagine if we have Red Skull, or worst, the Dark Elf from Thor 2 to kick start, holy shit, it wouldn't end well.
Daniel Bruhl is a great actor but i thought his performance of Zemo was a bit lacking. Whether Loki is a great villain or not Tom Hiddleston brings great charisma to the role
I thought it was a fair villain. She had a lot of power that we saw. She basically was murdering the shit out of everything until Thor got his *spoiler* lightning power. And her motivation was fair. I do wish we got to see her destroy a whole race before the whole refugee plotline started but you can't fit everything into a movie
It's Kinda the same though in every MCU movie. A villain appears out of nowhere and apparently has been a threat the whole time. They hold a grudge and plan on destroying everything. They're apparently undefeatable but get killed off at the end of the movie and never seen again.
Slight bias but I always felt Ronan got a raw deal being labelled a crap villain. Thought he was quite good just outshone by how great all the Guardians were and not getting a lot of screentime. Stick him in Thor 2 and he wouldve nailed it I reckon.
i swear there are more "fun" terms in almost every mcu movies that has come from many reviewers. when are marvel studio actually take it more serious roles. my guess infinity war will be "fun" too. 😄
+WhyteLis21, They DID! Winter Soldier, Age of Ultron, Avengers 1, there are a Fair sum of MCU Movies that take roles "Serious" Don't bring down infinity war when u did not see it.
This movie has so many AMAZING actors (Chris, Tom, Anthony Hopkins, Cate, Mark) I feel like Taika knew he could experiment and improvise so many scenes in this movie. Also this was Chris and Tom’s 4th movie together so the chemistry is there and you can totally feel it, it’s an amazing character development for both Loki and Thor
Someone needs to jump on the radio and do an impression of Thor taking a sh*t, lol. That would be awwweeesssome! Here's the lines he could say too. "Grrruuuccghhh... ggrruuughhh.... Close the door-ah... I'm trying to drop a hammer.... rruuggh... That Tony Stark and his dam Shwarma...... uughh.... Close the duahhh... (door)"...
My favorite moment was when hulk was swinging around Thor and Loki jumps up saying "yes that's what it feels like"
Agent Active I was really hoping they were gonna have some banter like

Nerd Zone! Hmm yea I was kind of hoping this movie didn't go too far down the humour track. I really wanted some game changing set up for infinity war much like winter soldier did for age of ultron. Ah well Im still happy for Taika and hope that his future work will now get noticed a lot more!!
The hunt for the wilder people is genuinely one of my favourite films
Hey I'm a Kiwi too! Yeah loved to see what Taika did with a big budget. Never lost his personal touch with the material either.
"Strongly written"
Loved that entire sequence of them talking on the way to the ship. Best in the movie for me.
Get help! my bro. is dying! help him
Also when Thor told the story about Loki turning into a snake and scaring him lmfao
This is my favourite MCU movie
Mine too. The art.
Absolutely
mine too
Top 5 for sure
This is Apparently Quentin Tarantino's favourite MCU movie as well.
Also, the score is damn great.
Good to know I’m a soundtrack fanboy. Watching it tomorrow
They added elements of Patrick Doyle's original score for the first Thor film. And Bryan Tylers from TDW
owlstag awn I disagree. I can't remember a SINGLE part of the score
Theres some synthwave there - if you like that kind of music, look for bands like perturbator, dance with the dead, midnight, dinatron...
synthwave represent
Thor ragnorok was more fun than Wonder Woman
Fight me
Thor was funny but it had big issues with the plot and seemed a bit mushed and a mess at times but it wasent bad... compared to wonder women and spider man homecoming it was not that good of a film. It was an enjoyable film and a fun film to watch with friends but Def not movie of the year
REDcrush 2049 i agree so much with you. Ww is really overated
No
REDcrush 2049 I never understood the love for Wonder Woman.

I'm following film school in my country so I think it's so wonderful of you to help people with there movie making dreams!!
Thor: "I'm Thor"
Mike Tyson: "here. Take thum athpirin"
Im betting there's already a porn parody in the works with the title "Thor Ragnacock"
aye Buddy can't wait to see hulk fuck hela real good
With take a why titty as director
no
I wouldn't be surprised if Taika himself is involved with it. That dude's a hoot!
Throb: Rangacock
The movie was fucking fun from beginning to end. The entire audience was into it and laughed their asses off. Gave it a full applause at the end and everything. I want to see it again.
funny btw how that hamer in the teaser was destroyed with building around them, but in the movie itself it was nothing like that xD Same with the eye
Because of course they weren't gonna spoil the eye, i don't remember why they changed the field tho
Anyone else notice they edited Thors eye in the trailer so it didnt spoil the movie.
Also, when Thor lost his eye, there was no blood. When someone's eye gets gauged out in real life, blood will usually squirt out. That eye loss scene was pretty underwhelming TBH.
King Eclipse but you don’t mind spoiling it lol
@@LightKnight2311 he's a god, a fucking God.
@@LightKnight2311 Yeah, movies rated PG-13 usually don't have Tarantino blood squirt sequences.
More like they edited Thor’s eye in the movie and just left the original cut in the trailer.
Been waiting like a week
Same brother
the movie wasn't that good...REMEMBER planet hulk....
Me too
Marvelmania360 I’m still waiting for the movie
Marvelmania360 89ⁿ
The character development between Thor and Loki was great too.
Who's here after noticing that Taika Waititi is back to not only direct but to begin writting the script for *Thor 4* ?
Not _Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3: The Search for Gamora?_
Thor 4: More Thor
I’m from the future yeah Thor 4 sucked
Thor L & T was not *RAGNAROK!*
Period.
Cringe.
"Everyone in this movie steels the movie"
My favorite thing about movies, loving every character in it
Loved this film so much!!! Immigrant song is great, the best of zeppelin, really made the fight scenes badass adrenaline rushes and it's really relevant of course with it being about the vikings, saw it form my birthday and it was the best present I could've asked for! Even the cameo from Stan was great! Normally I love the cameos because of Stan, but just the encounter alone would've been great even if it was a normal person, I loved this a lot, love planet hulk, was surprised by how different Sakaar was, but it didn't bother me at all
Yeah, perfect Thor theme when he went SSJ2
So you're saying Stan Lee is *abnormal??* ...Hmmm well sure, OK but I don't think he's batshit CRAZY though...!
KORG
I'm not very dangerous to anyone, except from scissors... That's a little rock paper scissors joke right there
adi pramana "PISS OFF GHOST!!!!"
adi pramana my favorite. Lol
Man I've been waiting so damn long for this review!
Saw the movie last week. I absolutely loved it. Lord of the Rings meets Star Wars meets Marvel. Top 5 MCU movies easy imo
More like flight of the concords meet marvel. This movie looks nothing or feels remotely close to lotr or star wars
I'd say there's easy 10ish great to amazing MCU movies. The rest are good to meh.
"looks nothing or remotely close to lotr"
Spoken like a true idiot that didn't watch the movie.
I barely know anyone that hates this movie
Critics and box office strongly suggest any haters are in the minority. Personally, I thought there was a smidge too much humour but that still didn't stop me loving the hell out of this movie.
thor: ragnarok is my favorite movie like ever
I finally found a post worth the support here : it's yours
DefectiveConscience there not comedies they have serious moments in them and Thor ragnarok is not crap
Holy shit. I'm definitely going to screencap this.
You understand
+DefectiveConscience Obviously you are one of those that thinks it's cool to hate on Marvel, because your arguement is one you threw for the sake of hating on Marvel, since it is false. For example, The Incredible Hulk, every Captain America film, Avengers 1 & 2. You would simply be wrong to call any of those a comedy, because they are far from it.
I think this is one of my favorite Marvel movies. I didn't think i'd like it THAT much...But i loved it!
Mystic Rage im glad to hear that.
Mystic Rage as a DC fan, though I still believe DC has the upper hand in the comics and animated movies, I love this movie.

I'm just here to say Lady Galadriel looks hot in black!!
That was the only high point of the movie.
Tom Hiddleston’s Loki is one of the most beloved characters of Marvel and you haven’t even mentioned him are you nuts?

I don't know why but that sounds so wrong
In trust we stuck.
After him praising Episode VII and Thor, Ragnajoke, I think we don't trust him anymore. I don't, of that much I'm sure.
Some other critics and online reviewing channels didn't like Cate Balnchett. I found her both great as a character, and she's just stunning.
please review Stranger Things 2 whenever you can, Chris! Can't wait.
Hey everyone, I just uploaded my review of this film on my channel. it would mean a lot to me if you were to check it out :)
Yeah that would be great! I just watched it on friday😂
He doesnt read comments idiot
BLAIR M Schirmer Wtf it was great but you may have your own opinion
John Cunningham why so harsh?
“Oh My God ... The hammer pulled you off??”

Lol might as well type out the entire screenplay man
Shifu Careaga Why are u reading comments at a review video if you're trying to avoid spoilers?? I'm sorry but you did this to yourself.
tabita stan True, but you should probably edit and write at the top 'spoilers!' in bold, so people know what they're in for.
I dont understand why they kill off The warriors three like if they didnt meant nothing...they had a major role in thor 1 and some screen time in thor 2 plus they were friend of Thor almost his entire life
Franz that's one of many issues I have with the film. They were interesting characters from the first 2 movies and reduced to background characters who die instantly.
yeah Fandral should have gotten a better death scene that is my only complaint in the movie
The Soundtrack and SCORE is EPIC!
What we do in the shadows is the 💣💣💣💣
I haven’t seen that film yet, but I have seen Hunt for the Wilderpeople and it is a fucking nuke!

one of my favorite movies !!
I love hunt for the wilderpeople, it's soooo good!

The guys at FSU really are great and they'll do everything in their power to help you succeed, but you must give it your all.
wth
Glad I got to hear these words from the headmaster himself
Hate to say this because I know Chris means well, but I was a student at Full Sail University and I have to say from experience, it is a SCAM. They are financially shady and put you into a HUGE debt. My suggestion would be to find a community college or affordable uni and get a degree in their film department and then join IATSE.
Warren Hughes I’m getting a CIS degree at Metro State University and it’s dirt cheap.
They've started to advertise heavily on TV the past few years, and well, you know what they say about about
This needs to be higher. There are far less expensive paths into the film industry. You can get a decent leg up on people if you just absorb everything you can from the film school of the internet and attend a cheaper in-state school.
+
I'm mad they didn't use thor's led zeppelin song when he arrived in infinity war, they missed a great opportunity there
Hey, what is Galadriel doing in Asgard dressing as Aku?
RIGHT?! I was thinking whether he crown/mask was inspired by Aku :D:D:D
More like Aku is dressing like Hela because Hela has been around in the comics longer than the Samurai Jack series and she has always dressed like that.
Nah. She just taking back her look.
Morgan Young yeah, i know. It was just a joke.
A normal Guy I think it’s the ring!
Thor Ragnarok is a great movies and it is better last two Thor movies.
Best marvel movie ever released

Thick Soup your name is appropriate. You really are thick.
I honestly cringed
This is one of the best reviews Ive seen on Thor Ragnarok! Almost every point was spot on! Nice job dude xD
I know multiple people with their masters degree in various fields that can't get a job in that career field due to lack of experience.
in this day in age no need for public advancing in school any more. unless it's academic teaching, the law and medical fields. as for most other fields, your better off doing teaching yourself and gain experience that way.
you mean broken american education system, who gets taken advantage over. .😁
you mean broken american education system, who gets taken advantage over. 😁
Taika is directing Thor 4 !!!
Chris grew up with Ragnarok
Wow your joke making skills are amazing
I think that this movie deserves A+
I tried to sum it up as Thor meets Guardians of the galaxy, meets big trouble in little china. 8.5/10 for me.
One of my favorite moments: the “Time Bandits” nod with the synthesizer & the falling movement through the cosmos.
It's funny that you mentioned Winter Soldier when one of the criticisms I've heard for this movie is "We want less Marvel movies like Guardians of the Galaxy and more like Winter Soldier."
My question to all the people who thought Ragnarok should have been a dark, end of the world epic is, who the hell would have cared once Infinity War comes around?
"It would have made the hype for Infinity War even higher."
Yes.
George Daugherty I guess you have not seen the infinity wars trailer cause it is nothing like Thor ragnorock
Lady Marmalade and when movies are hyped, they sell more tickets. Also, I like how u just assume infinity war would live up to the hype. Who's to say it won't?
Thor deserved a great film, Glad they finally made it
Ragnarok was full with jokes and Black Panther will be a bad ass serious movie..
Yeah.........Right.
Black Panther looks Mediocre af
Black Panther looks like a very dark movie 😎
Vlad It's a Marvel movie. They'll joke it up.
You can't make a 100% serious movie when you are in a world like the one marvel created. I'm with Stuckmann here and I think marvel should just make fun movies that are self aware of how over the top they are.
Notice that the trailer actually didn't ruin the movie too? Like with most movies.
Another awesome video, man. Thor: Ragnarok sounds like it is better than the Wonder Woman movie. I'll be checking it out.
how do you taze the god of thunder tho.. makes no sense with the obedience discs. it did in the first film to because his powers was removed.
Frank Carter Oh shit I never even thought of that. Now I like this movie even less lol
Frank Carter it wasn't electricity, if you notice his veins turned purple when the device was activated, electricity doesn't do that, neuro toxin does.
Frank Carter dumbass
Exactly
Sometimes I wish they would’ve made some scenes more serious, but absolutely loved it.
It's the closest Marvel film has come to staying true to the comic book layout.
400+ people getting triggered by the word "fun"
I don't like it that the fact that if its fun, it is a good movie. It's as if those jokes covered up the flaws of the movie. This movie doesn't deserve the praise it gets. Felt nothing like a superhero movie, more like comedy popcorn flick. I'm RELIEVED by the fact that Infinity war and Black Panther wouldn't be like this.
Hahaha true

When Thor screamed lol had me dying
Thor: Ragnarok is still my favorite marvel movie outside avengers
Thir ragnarok is my 2nd fav outside avengers ant man1 is my fav
I still think Thor 1 is underrated. One of my favorites
I too find Thor 1 underrated. But Ragnarok is just incredible.
You know why I like your reviews? Its like you're in my head, excellent reviews every time!
i swear there are more "fun" terms in almost every mcu movies that has come from many reviewers. when are marvel studio actually take it more serious roles. my guess infinity war will be "fun" too. 😄
+WhyteLis21, They DID! Winter Soldier, Age of Ultron, Avengers 1, there are a Fair sum of MCU Movies that take roles "Serious" Don't bring down infinity war when u did not see it.
Gold Helix I got bored with those movies you just listed, especially age of ultron.
Nick Terranova your own damn fault.
SPOILERS
Dr strange makes an appearance.
This is one of the best marvel movies. It was great in every aspect
Man, Surgical Goblin raped everybody at Kings Cup.
Ooops wrong channel, Love your content Chris😂👌🏼
It's not an Oscar winning movie, it's an action/comedy and it's fun and funny movie not all movies need to have a deep background to be a good movie.
Chris is the best....
Spex Both?
Chris... I just want to say thank you for not being annoying. So many UA-cam reviewers that make me want to send my head through the screen.
I am so pumped for this!
TOTALLY AGREE. I have a really great time watching this movie.
Only saw this for Hulk !
Thor is way cooler (with his new powers)
Aries Gang
"so he still better to me"
you talk like the hulk does too.
Why are you spamming the comment section of every video? Pissed because the MCU is doing better than the DCFU?
Aries Gang grow up
Someone needs to jump on the radio and do an impression of Thor taking a sh*t, lol. That would be awwweeesssome! Here's the lines he could say too.
"Grrruuuccghhh... ggrruuughhh.... Close the door-ah... I'm trying to drop a hammer.... rruuggh... That Tony Stark and his dam Shwarma...... uughh.... Close the duahhh... (door)"...
