The reason he kills starlings/house sparrows they are a pest bird the do millions of dollars in damage and kill native birds do some research and come back with a legitimate response If confused reread again
Moved here to Wisconsin about 3 months ago from Arizona, Ive never seen grass like this before and its barely even spring THIS IS MY FIRST REAL SPRING HOL UP-
I'd love to see another recipe video like the one you did for the pigeon pies. so glad you're back and i cant wait till i save up enough money for my own air rifle.
+craigmancool If there were thousands of Teds, they were destroying property, and costing money I would pay money to watch. Just imagine, a man sized sparrow sniping naked humans jumping around on a roof. Gold.
Yo, I was an exchange student for a year in a farming town in Wisconsin for a year. Helped with some farm work, and enjoyed the scenery. Nothing beats the amazing sun sets and sun rises. I remember chilling on a hill watching how the wind would blow the grain grass, some years later I would consider it a very fond memory of mine.
Ted great video buddy and I wish I grew up in a place like you did. Wisconsin seems like a dream place to live. I love farms and I even love the smell of a farm. Your a lucky guy Ted. And a great man, love you buddy.
I couldn't imagine living anywhere else. The only thing that would make Wisconsin better is if they built a wall on the border with Illinois to prevent all the fibs coming up. They talk shit about Wisconsin all the time yet they come here every chance they get. Losers.
I feel ya. I live in rural Ohio and I love every bit of it. We don't have any predators bigger than coyotes. However, the weather here is annoyingly unpredictable and that had led to more than enough cancelled events in the past.
I have no clue how you make those shots look so damn easy. You're a top level marksman, air gun or real one ballistics remain the same. I'm glad If anybody invades us we got you on our side!!!!!
Thank you for the video and educating people on farm life. I grew up a "towner" until my mom married my stepdad and they bought a small farm. The summer between my sophomore/junior year, I discovered "haulin' hay" as a job. It sure beats mowin yards, the pay was 3.00 hour (1979), the farmers wives always fed us lunch in the fields (great food), I wore only cut-offs and tennis shoes. The result was a great tan, muscles, grew a stash and hit school in the fall with girls going goo-goo for me. My grades sucked that year. ;-)
There is something about growing up on a farm that instills a sense of contentment and leads to a wholesome worldview. your joy is contagious , what a satisfying hobby you have thank you for sharing . Harry Marshall
Ted, thanks for the video! More than the shots, you got me thinking a lot about how much i love the place where i live today - wich is a rural area like yours. Good to see your are back and pumping up great videos - as always. Greetings from Brazil.
Ted, I'm 12 years old and love all of your videos and you have made such a big hunting impact in my life that I will be getting a FX T12 Whisper air gun, eventually...
Oh my gosh he actually ended the video at that! Great work, really appreciate your demeanor, ethical priorities and integrity. It's so rare to see that among folks and so needed especially among those working where respect for facilitating life and death can be such a challenging line to navigate. You have my respect.
Great work, Ted. That twofer was fantastic. I pulled that off years ago with my .22 caliber Gamo CFX (spring gun), lining up on a male House sparrow on the ground. I nailed the male sparrow, killing him on impact, the pellet continued straight through him, then likewise instantly killed a female House sparrow on the other side of him. Two pests gone (those of you unfamiliar with House sparrows should know that they are a highly destructive invasive species here in the U.S.) in one shot. btw...your explanation about how you get permission to hunt on these farms says a lot of good about you. You worked hard for these farmers in your youth, gaining their respect in the process, so when you asked if they'd like to have the pests on their property eliminated, they saw it as a chance to say thanks and get rid of the pests at the same time. Speaking as someone who baled hay over a few years, that's not the sort of work for wimps; definitely a man's job.
I can relate! I grew up on an 80 acre dairy farm and know all the neighbors , hunt on their land for pheasant, goose and deer. I'm 61 and live across the road from the land I grew up on.
Have you to thank Ted for getting me started in Air Rifles, I have a Marauder currently with a swat tact scope, using it to take out Chipmunks and starlings on my property so far the count is 15 - Monks and 25 - Starlings. I will be upgrading to an FX Impact as soon as the funds are available... Thanks again Ted I love the videos and as my kids say and animal sniper lol
Yeah I love Wisconsin too, I grew up all up and down the lakefront. Best place I lived was about 10 minutes south of Sheboygan I loved every minute of it. I didn't realize how good it was till we moved to Kansas, I've been there for 2 years and there is nothing more I'd like than to go back.
hi Ted just wanted to say your video make me so happy love what your doing and that makes me so happy to be your subscriber your videos always bring me up when I'm down so all that aside keep doing what your doing and keep making not just me but all of us happy this is the best community on UA-cam 0% hate. so thankyou for everything you do to entertain us and have a great life
Love your reminiscing about growing up on the farm. I grew up in a small village and my Grandparent's farm was maybe 3 miles up the road here in Eastern rural Ohio. Spent my childhood learning "character building" there. Baling hay, cutting firewood from the old canal banks, helping butcher cows and dividing the meat out to all of the family, etc... We always shot the starlings too. But Grandpa had purple martin houses on poles out near the garden, and you didn't think twice about taking a shot at them. Excellent shooting, btw!
Enjoy your energy and honesty about mentioning the area a person lives in. I felt that was an excellent comment that more people should learn to appreciate. Always look forward to your new videos considering I am just getting started with an air rifle
Love watching your videos I also shoot mil dots on all my rifles never been able to get a really nice scope so have always been to afraid to mess my Zero thanks for your videos
The fella is awesome and obviously good at what he does here. I laugh like he does after watching the slow motion hit. His recordings and slow mo is really good and informational.
Really enjoyed the video. It kinda struck home (literally) because I spent many vacations in Wisconsin on my grandpa's farm near Maiden Rock. My brother and I loved helping with the hay in the summer and the maple syrup in the late winter/early spring. Wisconsin remains one of my favorite places to visit. Keep up the good work friend.
When I was 12 in 1963, I hunted with a Crosman 160 22 cal CO2 powered pellet gun every day.... Now I am the master of getting permission to hunt for deer.
loving the enthusiasm in this video, its like a kid in a candy store with a full wallet. you can always see how people light up talking about the thing(s) they love. good stuff
The reason he kills starlings/house sparrows they are a pest bird the do millions of dollars in damage and kill native birds do some research and come back with a legitimate response
If confused reread again

Oh my gosh he actually ended the video at that! Great work, really appreciate your demeanor, ethical priorities and integrity. It's so rare to see that among folks and so needed especially among those working where respect for facilitating life and death can be such a challenging line to navigate. You have my respect.
3:18 was the coolest thing I have ever seen
Great work, Ted.
That twofer was fantastic.

Awww that was a nice part you shared on 10:00
I love over-saturated video. I don't know why it's considered oversaturated, I just love saturated video.
Thanks for that.
"Some call it cow manure, I call it childhood." I can feel you! I am growing up in upstate NY and we all say the same thing.you get used to it.

9:19 OMFG!!! MUM GET THE CAMERA!!! MLG collateral double kill
The only thing crazier than the impact of the .25 cal pellets is that crazy shirt!
This channel is fantastic and the good part is he does this for a purpose and not just for fun! Keep it up🙂
Chuck Norris can kill two stones with one bird.
Keep up the good work friend.
your humor and energy is the best
Ted + expensive air rifle + 25 cal heavy pellets = bird sniper.
i appreciate that you are always worried about clean kills and making sure the animals dont suffer.
When I was 12 in 1963, I hunted with a Crosman 160 22 cal CO2 powered pellet gun every day....
Now I am the master of getting permission to hunt for deer.
Nice threads Ted, could have named that one discotheque massacre, lol. Steve
Ted: tell me what you see
Me: a lot of kill shots!
Two in one to make anyones day. Wisconsin. Best. Place. You got that rigjt.
Today, sparrows and starlings. Tomorrow, a school somewhere?
Today, commenting on youtube. Tomorrow, firebombing cancer research centers?
7.7.16 guns kill; I rest my case.

Get a life
I love Wisconsin. Been all over the state and if I had to pick my favorite place.....I couldn't. The whole state is paradise.
I remember my first kill, it was a Starling. I went for the headshot because I was an amateur and I nearly peed myself when it started flopping around
loving the enthusiasm in this video, its like a kid in a candy store with a full wallet. you can always see how people light up talking about the thing(s) they love. good stuff
Amazing shots Ted!
Thank you so much for the new vid! Best entertainment on the tube
