The video quality is absolutely good. But the thing I most liked about his videos that he always tells about some side notes for writing the code. This helps us not only write good code but also clean and readable code. Thank you sir ❤️

You got close, but you stopped just short of an amazing fact about YAML. All JSON files are also automatically YAML files! Yes, JSON is, by design, a proper subset of YAML. Those [] and {} that you showed can be nested just as they are in JSON, and you can even have part of your config "YAML-like" and part of it "JSON-like" and it all works out. Please note that it does not work the other way around though. That's why I prefer YAML config files now, because if I can't get the indentation or syntax correct, I can always smatter in some JSON. Oh, and even if the whole thing is JSON, it's "relaxed" JSON, because you have YAML's comments, and YAML's no-need-to-quote key/value pairs for the JSON-like objects. And as long as you're inside either {} or [], arbitrary newlines, indentation, and comments are ignored!

1:24 Completely wrong information. The fact it calls itself a serialisation language means that it can be used to save the state of an object. One purpose for doing that is to transfer data over the network. So, YAML does tell us what problem it is trying to solve.

The video was good but it'd have been more delightful if you have compared JSON with yml which could more useful or translated your yml file to a JSON via any yml to json converter

Json is doing its job very fine.
I am sure that for at least 2 years yaml will not be in demand.
      (Although I am sure for 5 years)😉

@@kashifahmed_1995 It's the defacto standard In DevOps and deployment script like serverless framework and many other. But I don't think yaml will ever replacement JSON in API world
