P!nk‘s concerts are absolutely insane, of course in the best way possible. Definitely the best concert I‘ve ever been to! I saw her live 2 years ago and when she „flew“ around in the stadium, she landed on a pole right in front of us. We completely freaked out, screamed her name and waved her and she waved back! We still talk about this moment. That’s a moment I will treasure forever

Well it's amusing hearing her telling a fangirl story. I have one too. I have been her fan for many years. I live in a country when it's almost certain big concerts like hers would never visit. Then one day I accidentally saw her a few years ago going on vacation with her family; It was on a dance show.. Jameson was 1yo i guess. I looked around, nobody seemed to notice it was her. I gathered my courage for a good 20 minutes then when she had to walk out in the middle of the show because Jameson was starting to get cranky, I found myself walking up to her and say hi and told her that her music has helped me shape the person i've become. In that 15 second of my speech.. like on a slow motion split screen i saw her face went blank listening to something that she must've heard hundreds of time, but she politely waited for me to finish my sentence, Carey who was walking behind her with Willow on his arms stopped walking too. Then I just couldn't help myself not to ask her if i may take a picture together with her. She turned it down politely, saying thank you but sorry because she is having time with her family. I regretted my own action 2 seconds later, of course i agree with her, it was a family vacation and she wanted to take off the Pink suit and just be Alecia for a bit. God i still feel stupid even now. :)))))
Don't feel sad, you tried. And you were able to meet her. That's better than many of us, and even though she may now have shown it, she must feel happy knowing that she has helped people.

Can we please stop using "Grammy winning" or "Grammy nominated" as a form of praise and accomplishment? Every talk show host, presenter and interviewer reproduces that nonsense in order to decorate the people they're introducing, and it's so silly. It's a small group of people who get to decide who wins or gets nominated for the grammys, it's so not objective. Also, just because one person has more grammys than another doesn't mean anything. Beyonce has 28 (!) grammys for some reason, which is insane, so overrated it hurts. Some of the best artists don't get nominated at all, the whole system is rotten and cliquey. Let's not perpetuate that.
