Sylas passive scale with 130% AD (25% AP) on primary target, upgrade to Muramana will help him deal bonus AD dmg, and because Sylas build mage stuffs, he'll deal more dmg based on mana with his passive in combat or 1v1. Not to mention he picked First Strike to gain advantage with bonus true dmg
