Nice route and a great walk and good on you for giving it a go, especially as it did look a tough way up. Loved the waterfall and you almost had me there with the offering tables lol! I would have loved to have seen that white hare, mind you, there were some great things to see on show on this walk too. I always carry a torch and a head torch too, especially at this time of the year, just in case, cheers Alan
Cheers Alan , its not a route up I would try again by choice 🤣🤣, yeah the little waterfall was nice , be a good picnic spot. Yeah defo need torches it not a nice feeling being in unfamiliar territory as its going dark . Best wishes pal 🦇🦇🖤🖤
Lovely walk that John, so peaceful when you are in a remote place away from everyone. You can feel the nature and your mind and body recovering. Wouldnt like to be up there in poor weather though mate, could properly kick your arse! Interested in that lightweight shelter, but again, if the weather turns it could be nasty! Thanks for sharing this journey.
Thanks Phil , it is lovely but as you have probably experienced yourself moorland can be a very inhospitable place, the wind can get so bad that I don't think you could pitch a tent , possibly a gotex hooped bivi , I don't have much wild camping experience yet though so I don't know. Take care Phil, I hope you have a nice Sunday 🦇🦇🖤🖤
Thanks for sharing John and always to find new places. Specially if they got waterfall. Guess it's hard time sometimes to decide time. Have a great weekend John
Thanks, sometimes one walk leads to another, I found the trail at the start of this video on an earlier walk, the waterfall place would be nice for a picnic , It would be good for camping too as quite secluded. Take care lovely 🖤🖤🦇🦇🖤🖤
Thanks , thats the first time Ive been there, I wouldn't recommend climbing up to Slatepit moor from there , very sketchy , better to visit Slatepit moor from the main track at the top, best wishes pal 🙂🙂
Don't miss my Lanshan 3 review 🤣🤣
