Wish you did more videos. Sure miss them. On another note, I love making soups.

Hi Nicole, the moment I saw this video uploaded, I clicked on it! Love my Repollo (cabbage in spanish), although some people here now call cabbage Col. Wanted to see if your Sopa de Repollo is similar to how my Mom made hers, it isn't, Mom rough-chopped the cabbage up, she first caramelized onion and garlic, then she'd add chopped tomatoes and then the cabbage, keeping it like a "Dry soup" but yours looks so good, creaming the veggies and bacon bits to form a thick, rich Cream of Cabbage.😋 Buen provecho Nicole, 👍and sending fraternal hugs for Scott (did I remember well his name?), your chilpayates(kids)and you pretty babe. Oh and a blast seeing ya eat the raw turnip, 😂@the second one not making it on target (your mouth), never tried raw turnip, but hearing you crunch it up, made my mouth water.🤤

Luckily I was suggested again one of your videos. Perhaps due to the time difference YT often ignores them in my suggestions?!
I have a question: I often read "Americans", of course that's very generalizing, eat do not so healthy. Fast food or even at home instant food. When I watch movies or series, I often see the families sitting on the table, eating green beans with ham, fresh salad, potatoes, etc. Do you have experience, what is the truth? Is there a majority on the one or the other side? Does it differ from countryside to city?
