Great Job Mr Julian.. Question what is the max VD on the positive side, an negative side on a loaded circuit, i no starters can pull alot like 500/800 mv. but an average Thanks a million

How does voltage drop behave if there is current flow and vs no current flow?

Voltage drop is entirely dependent on current flow. Higher current = higher voltage drop.
