If a business is not generating income, then they have to be strict on selling price because they have to make money like Rolex watch. Biman fare from uk to sylhet is too high, we don't want any BS excuse, we demand the fare to sylhet to be reduced or at least to be equal to the Dhaka fare. After all it's the Sylheti passengers who are keeping the Biman alive. Biman monopoly that was part of Hasina dictator, has to end in new Bangladesh.
Biman is very greedy and the most expensive in the world, the food is below standard and has been reduced by a lot over the years. but the price keeps going up, I as a Sylhety am I am fed up like many passengers for having to pay the highest fair to travel to Sylhet, its discrimination by the none Sylhety management team. We Sylhety are most annoyed. We want the fare to be reduced . Biman profits are never made public,their finaces needs to be made public and they should be held accountable for any loses made.I am sure they do make a huge profit but it is never disclosed.where or whose pocket does it go into. Into the pocket of a few currupt management officials..Bangladesh Biman needs to be monitored by a independent body, any curruption / irrigularities found must be delt with immidiately. Then maybe the unfair practices will stop and the price reduced.
