Connecting all the cities by road will grow all the of the cities a lot. You should make an interstate highway system in one episode. It's what the USA is known for transportation wise!
@@ethanplayzscr9475 Not neceserely. It will grow the cities however, not everyone wants to use the train, but most will, but the private transport will grow the city ass well. (on random generated maps towns will complain if you take away road acces to some other town)
Hi Seniac, you've added some busroutes in the cities for people to move around. You should do the same with cargo stops. The food you're transporting is not reaching all the places it should go. Some places require food, others machines and they're also located in different areas. With only a trainstation, you're limited by its reach.
What if - you connect all of the cities by road or all towns near each other - like you connected LA and San Diego, maybe also NY and Boston. And Eureka definitely needs a bus route as the city is split between mountains.
42:27 Don't put signals on your bypass lanes at the station entrances. The trains IN the station should have to wait for the bypass trains to get through.
maybe for that 3 way by the coal mine at 52:54 for the trains that have to make a turn, maybe change it, so the ones that are heading away from the coal mine heading down one of the tracks instead of being parallel and need to switch tracks, maybe have a few of them instead of having to switch tracks make them go underground for the turns so it would take more trains off of that interchange and making less of them have to stop
Hey Seniac , you should start another series of Transport fever 2 In a map with lots of Islands so that you can use only Ship and planes for moving cargo and peoples. Which I think will be a challenge for you, as you mostly use Trains and trucks!! Lots of love and well wishes from Bangladesh🇧🇩
I'm pretty sure the issue you were having connecting to the Boston station the first time was that it was set to that one platform going off the other side of the station and not the one towards that main line you were looking at.

But then all the trains will become unprofitable

You gotta make sure to really invest in your HQ you should cover the entire island in a tram line to and from the port
Extend the main road in the Bahamas and Cuba to see if you can stimulate more growth.
I don't care if a highway system hurts your transportation profits. Not having any highways is super unrealistic. #doit
How did you get such a Big headquarters?
Stop relying on trains! Start creating highways between the towns! You need more trucks and busses!
