I had a problem with my login and only could submit it after the deadline they gave at that time. Nevertheless, I could do it. Steps 1, 2, 3 and 5 have a "green check" status (verified). Step 4 has a "solid blue dot" status, like if I hadn't started it, but it seems there is nothing to do in this step. Step 6 ask us to wait, and has a "grey padlock" status. Do you think it's okay? I’m glad you’re back! I’m a UK customer - so I was using FTX international. I recently was asked to submit a claim via JOLs in the Bahamas to “prove debt”, I did so and to my surprise they have valued my assets (very) differently. One niche security I bought (BITW) has been valued about 100x more than on Krolls claim, this means my JOLs claim is about 10x in value compared to my Kroll claim. Obviously I want to be paid the valuation from the JOLs claim if possible 😂 do you know if I can make that happen somehow? I’ll be off on a year long holiday if I can 😅
Hi. we also received their email and on their website it states, that assets will be distributed equally and simultaneously , regardless where we choose to claim. therefore, I dont really understand why the difference. Are you 100% sure?

This is the same status as my account, so to best of my knowledge I've done everything needed.
I thought we were getting back 100% because everything was recovered. I am wrong?
I had not heard anything official. I know they recovered more than expected. If you have an article you can share please do.
