I've said it before, what I really like about this channel is it has no unnecessary BS, no memes, no silly background tunes, no promotional stuff. And of course highly useful for us over 50s.

That’s because he is a consummate professional who really cares about his client group.
I've recently attended a six week physio course at my local hospital to learn how to ease pain; I am now following Will's channel and very grateful for it.

This California woman has followed Will for many months, I even bought his book. I injured my back along with sciatica and followed my hospital's PT routines for 8 months. All were isometric and I recognize many that Will demonstrates. They really do work. Consistancy is key. I appreciate this channel.

I really appreciate your focus on individuals who again over 50 and who may have challenges at this point in your life. Addressing those challenges are very valuable to me. I really don't appreciate seeing people work out and do exercises who have nothing in common with me other than the fact that they may be human beings as well.

I am still recovering from post Covid and thus have low motivation and energy. Will you please make a 10 minute video of exercises for general overall health. I don’t want explanations, etc. I want to play your video and exercise with you for 10 minutes. One I can play every day to force myself to move for 10 minutes.
I do watch all your videos on the various topic, but when they are over, I still have to get up and do them and I usually don’t.
Make one short video that forces me to move from the start. Thanks so much!

is there a book that has more Isometric exercises? Our church folks, who want to exercise, are all 65 and older. They want me to put together a program that is suitable for everyone. Most of us have age issues. Many are using Rollators for steady walking, or carrying objects that are too heavy to carry.
