This modern family manor, is located in the magnificent Clara Anna Fontein, Durbanville - the Northen Suburbs of Cape Town South Africa.
The extremeties of being a corner site informed the design brief through allowing uninterrupted views and appertures within the structure. Picturesque windows take in views of the overberg and the neighbouring game reserve.
The home was finished in July of 2021.

Could have had a separate gym as part of the plan from the start - now there is no garage. I would want a better study with proper book shelves for all my books. Where are the study places/ desk areas for the children's rooms? No wine cellar for that price? Maybe a recreational room for the children/teenagers? Nice kitchen and bathroom tiles.

Maybe modern 10 years ago but not now. Amazing house and the minimalist design is clean and spacious but there's also a lack of character. R22 mil is not justified.
