Both are immensely powerful young shinobi who wonder about the meaning of life and their role within it. They both are quiet individuals who are gentle underneath. They both die from an illness during a battle they otherwise would have won. Kimimaro is a very relatable character and he kekkei genkai is by far one of if not the most interesting

I mean he did went up against Rock Lee. Who wasn't even at 100%. Then went up against Garra of the Desert, a future Kazekage. And ex jinchuriki. Kimimaro would have won if he didn't take them on so lightly. Him being one of the few ninjas to posses the rare Kekkei Genkai. Or if the makers of that episode made different plans Kimimaro could have won😂
