Why are these girls on a boys team and competing in a school meet? When I wrestled in HS we always sent our strongest team -- i.e., our best wrestler at each weight -- to every meet. I had to wrestle to win my spot on the team each week. I can't believe that many of these schools do not have a male wrestler better than many of the girls we saw in this video? Makes me speculate that some HS coaches are TOLD (maybe by a politically-correct School Administration?) to put a few girls on the mat at every meet whether they are the best the team has to offer or not???
Not only that. It seems the refs are being equally blackmailed to be biased towards the females. I seen several matches where ref suspends play when the boy is winning. Sometimes several times in a match with no obvious reason. I have seen girls points boosted for no apparent reason. I have even seen cases where the boys where aggressive and winning. Ref suspends play and they go to their corners(maybe to warn or threaten him). When play resumes boy becomes docile as if told to let the girl win or scholarship withdrawn, somtn of that nature. An agenda is at play here.

The girls have a huge psychological advantage. If they win, that's great because they are usually the underdog. If they lose, that's okay too because that's what is normally expected. But if the boy loses, it's a terribly humiliating experience for him because boys "shouldn't" lose to girls. Of course, they do, and it almost hurts me feeling what the boy must be feeling afterward. He could be teased unmercifully in a way that a girl never would after losing to a boy.
it's a loose loose situation for the boys, if they win it's worth nothing and often they feel bad. If they loose, it's even worse. Who would willingly enter a struggle in which one has nothing to gain but only to lose. That's why the boys don't want it, but they're forced to do it. That's disgusting.

I had a friend in high loved matches like this so he could run up points to the stage of humiliation. Make the other person feel so bad they either quit or try to become the best they can be. I just pinned them and walked away, than coached them later

Girls tend to win more often at 106 because very few boys an make weight as seniors in that class so the 106 lb class has more junior and senior girls wrestling against freshmen boys.

Referee in that last match was absolutely incompetent or he more likely he was simping for the girl -- she was obviously pinned several times (33:23 - 34:06) and he was obviously not interested in looking. I guess he finally heard Ms. Mom screaming from the audience and getting on his butt -- she was correct -- and she had a voice that could stop a train.
