In Grenada I had conch stew with cassava, yam, eddoes, green banana, and plantains...it was awesome!

The Conch Haven place definitely nailed the salads just the way I remember while visiting the Bahamas. The food truck had way too much juice. I remember a place called Goldie’s in Bahamas and they had the best Conch Salad. It was spicy too! 😋

Years ago, if people ventured into the Little Haiti neighborhood and didn't live there, they would be killed. Today it's different. I love the Haitian store, I will definitely visit, I also love Piman Bouk Haitian Restaurant, the food is really delicious. On Sundays it is really packed with people. Love Chez Le Bebe too and Chef Creole is nice too. I eat a lot of Haitian Food when I'm in Miami. 🌴🌴🥥❤️

Half of Guyana says curry chicken and the rest says chicken curry my mom is from Berbice and her side always says curry chicken and my dad’s side is from Georgetown and says the same thing. I have no clue how it’s like that but it is that’s why you see a good amount of Guyanese restaurants home and abroad list curry first.

That first truck IS NOT Bahamian conch salad! We do not use can orange juice, we dont mix the salad with our fingers and that fritter sauce look like straight-up mayo. Respect to him trying to live but take Bahamian off what you do. We don't dip our crack conch in lime juice and lemon cake is not a staple Bahamian dessert...listen at this point yall just come to The Bahamas because I aint know what going on here.

I would agree with you but 1) he said he's not Bahamian, just Bahamian inspired by his friends and visits there 2) his oj he says he squeezes it, so it isn't canned. 3) he's selling food in Miami so her has to do what works in Miami and 4) the cook admitted the food is better in Bahamas, so why hate on him. Food looking delicious, some very creative however I’m not a fan of these restaurants Chef using their bare hands to prepare food they sell to the public “it’s ok if it’s for yourself or your family” and too much deep frying, looks like the oil don’t get discarded and changed over often enough. I’m from the Caribbean and for this I give it a 4/10

I sure hope you don't eat out, and specially at 5 stars or michelin rated restaurants, or even consume anything that you didn't prepare because they all use their hand with no gloves.
